When we shopped here a year ago we had an amazing experience with Haley. Very friendly,…read moreknowledgeable and knows how to talk to people. Flash forward to February and the staff has all changed. They will not take accountability for the things promised by workers no longer there. And it's a lot of workers who have left (interesting). New manager is Tina who is unfriendly and spies on her workers when she's not there. She called to yell at an employee (she wasn't even there) for my 3 year old taking pillows from one couch putting them all on another. I had to figure out how the couch worked on my own as they lied & DID NOT TEST both sides prior to me coming in. The reclining couch came in 2 pieces. Do NOT come when truck is being unloaded you will be met with dirty looks and honestly they should close the store during that time, as they want nothing to do with you. After the wrong couch was transferred to the store find out they sold the one promised to me to someone else. Found another they said they would call after they tested to make sure it works. Fine makes sense. Call me say it's been tested and go in to find it crammed in so tight I couldn't even sit on it to test it myself. A $500 couch they wanted me to buy without testing. Finally get Nick to move items to plug it in to test and it's missing one plug so one side worked and not the other. But hey you can buy that on your own for $30-$40 plus $50 delivery but if they deem the delivery to difficult they can charge you more. So now the couch is almost $600. And watch out for all the mirrors just stacked on the furniture especially the leather most likely damaging it. You can change management but find someone who knows how to deal with people. Tina is horrible. Her employees are obviously leaving for a reason. They are not better quality than Karms and now at much higher prices than they used to be. No customer service skills. Such a shame. Oh and the manager in their response to my google review who spies through security cameras on her employees (cause she wasn't even there ) says my child was unsupervised and they were worried about her safety. As they stack mirrors and chairs on top of other furniture (see pics) She was taking pillows from one couch to another as she was bored because I had to figure out how the divided recliners worked, employee had no idea, even though they had "tested it". Found out it actually needed TWO plugs. They only had one. But THEY HAD TESTED IT, yet someone did not know this!! Got rid of their good employees. Check out GOOGLE reviews. You will see people singing praises of Hayley & Michael but not the fabulous new manager Tina. No surprise.

I walked into this store to the employees DRIPPING in sweat from how hot it was inside the store…read more It was hotter inside the store than it was outside. and it was 95 degrees (Saturday 07/13) that day. How are you going to keep your store open in such heat and have your workers in that condition OSHA temp conditions for working include "To protect employees from having to work in uncomfortable temperatures, OSHA recommends that employers keep the thermostat between 68 and 78 degrees. OSHA regulations do kick in, however, when temperatures are so severe that they could lead to heat stress, hypothermia or other dangerous conditions. People who take medication are at greater risk for temperature-related health problems." Now it was over 90 degrees in there and no airflow for these employees. this is ridiculous. Had to cut my visit short because of the heat. Alex and Chris were extremely helpful, calm and professional. Even under the conditions they were working in.
