There are a number of companies from Phoenix and Prescott who include Flagstaff in their service area but they only come up here a few days a week and what do you do if you have to call them back? I called BK before they opened and left a message and George called back. He told me they were completely booked but he'd swing by and get the door open so I could move my cars out and then come back over the weekend to fix the door. That worked for me. When he showed up he said he had a cancellation so he'd be able to fix the door after all. And that he did. About 45 minutes later the new spring was installed, the door and the opener were inspected, serviced, and adjusted. Very good experience.

I had problems with my garage door not staying closed, the door would bounce back up after touching the ground. My house was built in 1984 and I believe the garage door opener was the original. It was pretty quiet and slow and got the job done. D'Aundre did his inspection and told me that the springs were in great condition and asked if I didn't use the garage much. I use it everyday as I do park my car inside but I believe the prior owners didn't use it much and used the garage more as storage. I was willing to buy a new unit for the sake of feeling safe and secure at my home. Since buying my house 18 months ago I have come home a handful of times and the garage was open. :( I knew that I had been lucky that nothing was stolen. I didn't want to test my luck any longer. D'Aundre went through the options of openers, he tuned up the springs and oiled up everything. I ended up getting the mac daddy of garage openers but I felt really great about my purchase. There was some issues with scheduling, and it was resolved once the recorded call was listened to. My service tech came out today (James) super awesome guy, very knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me or sell anything to me like some reviews show. He didn't have my equipment to warranty and replace so he's going to see when the next available time for those install folks can come back. It was clear on what parts are covered and which aren't, and James also provided me with some great info about an annual plan or monthly that can help save money on future costs that could arise. Very happy with the service, just disappointed the system failed within 2 years. I'm glad that it will be resolved shortly.

Flagstaff Windows came out to our home, measured for a door, took a deposit and said install would happened in 4-6 weeks. Six weeks later, they called to schedule for the install, but then canceled saying there was a shipping issue. A few months later they blamed the delay on the factory. When we tried to switch window vendors and order from a different vendor, they were very apologetic and sent a quote. Since then we have been completely ghosted. They have not returned phone calls, emails, text messages and their physical address is an empty office building. Long story short: we have not received our deposit back or the product we ordered. After six months of waiting, we moved on and the new slider was delivered and installed within four weeks (by a different contractor)
