I recently came here a couple of times to get paperwork notarized and certified checks and with the new Covid rules, things are a lot stricter and less convenient. You get questioned like a murder suspect before you can enter the bank. The tellers are rude, lack any customer service skills, and have no clue what they are doing or talking about. Wanted to deposit a check from selling my house and they questioned me like I was some criminal. Told me I needed a joint account with my husband and we would have to keep the account open, not just to deposit the check. Then told me it would take 2-3 weeks to open account via phone or online when I asked. This teller just kept pushing the new account on me, they must get some sort of bonus or commission on new accounts or have a quota to hit because she wouldn't let it go! Contacted customer service ASAP and they told me that what the teller said wasn't true, you do not need a joint account to deposit the check and to visit another branch. He didn't understand why the teller kept pushing the new account on me. I visited the Vineland branch a week later and they were so nice and friendly. The teller had no problem, knew exactly what to do and had everything done for us in ten minutes and guess what... we didn't need a joint account! They didn't even ask us!

They provided amazing customer service and found a solution (very quickly!) to a complex issue I was experiencing. Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about the high quality service I received at this branch. The banker and manager went above and beyond when they certainly had no obligation to do so. On friday the freeze was lifted from his checking account, only to receive a fraud notice for now his debit card that same day. He worked 7 am until 9 pm and has been at work all morning, so his mom who is on his account went to pick up a new debit card and she was told it has to be him. He cant make it there with their hours because he is at work. If it is sent in the mail it will take another week or two. PNC has had his account frozen for a week and offers no help or support. lesson learned to not have all your money in PNC, because if something like this happens you are completely stuck.
