We've conducted and concluded our process recently from this Las Vegas client with step-by-step consulting, which is relieving because of the constant updates involving taxation procedures, requirements, and so forth...all in the making of getting a substantial return as the goal. :) However, our go-to preparer was Mr. Bernard McCain Sr., who has provided preparation services to us for over 5 years. We appreciate his knowledge, services, and customer care in making our taxation duties worth looking forward to annually. *We recommend that if you are in the tri-state areas, and nationwide consider his expertise in offering the best experience in tax services, and business format consultations as well. Their goal is to service every customer with the ability to execute as a professional by making your priorities....their No#1. Thank you again, One Stop Taxes North East Region/Bernard McCain, Sr. *NewFace Magazine LV Team Las Vegas/Client: Whendi McKinley-EIC

I'm a resident of Amity Ramble Apartments. I've lived here for 35 years (I'm telling my age) and…read moreI've seen way too much unnecessary hardship for this low income area to not say anything. Currently we have a part time manager by the name of Jennifer Dorsey. She is an employee of Community Realty Management. According to HUD, they hired Community Realty Management to take over the ownership of these apartments. Since that exchange of ownership, Amity Ramble has gone to hell in a hand basket. In the last 3 months, we've had 3 manager changes. 2 maintenance changes and no direction or communication between tenants and owners. We're just left to guess what's going on behind the scenes. At the end of June our first manager, Jennifer, left without notifying anyone. Us tenants only found this out from our maintenance man at the time, Curtiss (who was a wonderful worker and great man who went above and beyond to do his job. Unfortunately he left for a better job where he was treated better by tenants.) After Jennifer left, complaints were filed because it was a good month or 2 that we had no manager, exterminators or maintenance. Trash wasn't being collected, nothing was being cleaned and there was no one we could report our housing problems to. Suddenly letters were put in our mailboxes that stated we had a new manager named, Octavia Bowen. Though she came around for inspection one time, that was the last time any tenant ever saw her. Though Curtiss was no longer an employee for Amity Ramble, he was still called on to do repairs and small cleaning duty in our area. Before the end of August, Octavia was gone. Again, no notice or anything. By word of mouth, the news of Octavia just up and leaving was spreading among tenants. Once again, we were left with no manager, no exterminators and no maintenance. As well as no way of calling the main office because it went from being directed to Amity Ramble main office to Lakewood Apartments, to "Paper Goods", to "This number has been disconnected" and now the number has been reconnected but the voicemail hasn't been set up so there's no point of calling. As of late August, tenants notified each other that Jennifer Dorsey was once again, manager. However, barely anyone saw her as she's never in the main office. She comes to pick up packages, letters, mail, etc but as we've been told by our new maintenance man, she's "part time." The only person doing their job IS the maintenance man. Tenants can't say what the manager is doing, because we don't see her. We never get to speak with her. The "Regional Manager" Michelle Nuzzo is never at her desk, therefore your calls go unanswered with her. Anytime you can get in contact with someone at Community Realty Management, they either have no idea what's going on or they know but they can only tell you but so much. There's no point in complaining about CRM to HUD because according to them, they can't do anything because they have a contract with CRM. I'm not a lawyer but we were even told by previous maintenance that our current situation is grounds for a lawsuit. A lot of tenants don't have central air. We had to use fans and window units (that were only put in 2 rooms) during the hot Summer. Homes need new paint jobs, immenities need fixing, the exterior looks like a jungle. God forbid tenants stop paying rent because they don't have all the basic things that are in the HUD rules, their rent will increase significantly and that's not how it should be. What are tenants paying rent for? Broken garbage disposals? Living with mice? No central air systems in hot seasons? One of my neighbors has Cancer. He currently lives in a 2nd floor apartment. With his walker, he has to go up and down those stairs whenever he needs to go for a walk, go to the store, etc. He's fallen down in his home once already and laid there for 15 minutes before, luckily, his sister came to visit and found him. He was supposed to get a 1 level apartment, but the manager gave it to someone else who didn't need it as badly as he does. Community Realty Management is just getting paid at this point. They're not doing their job properly, they haven't been doing it properly according to their Google reviews where people in other states have complaints about this company. They're just collecting checks while people live in horrible, miserable conditions.

They want to hold us accountable for the bi-laws and fine us for breaking rules on our own property, but they have yet to have a community meeting which is required at least twice a year by the bi-laws. I don't even see why we need them. All they do is maintain some retention ponds and landscape common ground. I turn the land over to the City we live in and let them maintain it.
