I wish I read the reviews first. I bought the olympian taser/flashlight/pepper spray combo and the flashlight stopped working after a few uses. The taser still worked, but the flashlight died. I bought a flashlight alarm and it died after a few weeks. I got another one and it was dead on arrival. Terrible products. And they make you jump through hoops to try to address them. We'll see if they actually address the malfunctions that I reported. read more

Purchased Guard Dog Special Ops Stun Gun Flash Light. I really liked the size and weight of it. Problem was that as you continued to charge it, the rear face plate where you plugged the charger cord into became loose and eventually was unable to charge after about 9 months. This is a poorly designed product and will not last a year based on my usage. I will be purchasing another brand going forward. read more

They were wonderful, sent me a new set of batteries and a new charger. Their products are top tier, reasonably priced, and effective. I had purchased a large stun gun. Mainly because my wife was attacked by rottweiler while walking her small dogs. It failed, and I sent it back. In less than a couple more months, this time the battery expanded, and failed again. Little did I know, I was to register the product again after the first return to get a shipping label. I was not about to pay for shipping for a third time. The products are cheap, and they find loopholes to not back their products. Don't wait your money. read more

I received a biometric lock as a Christmas gift. The lock did not work out of the box. I contacted their support and submitted the proof of purchase which I collected from the person that gifted it to me. They would not honor the warranty because it was not registered within 30 days of purchase. The original purchaser would have had to not open the product and register it before gifting it. This feels like a poor excuse to not honor their warranty for a broken product out of the box. read more

I bought two of the bulletproof backpacks for school. I tried to return 1 unused after we received them because of several problems: 1. The zippers slide open spontaneously while you are walking. Not good for security of your items and not safe for your laptop/tablet. We even tried ensuring that the zippers were closed at the ends (vs the middle) but that did not work. 2. No place for a water bottle 3. No ability to hook anything on outside 4. Fairly heavy especially for a child to carry 5. Shoulder straps are designed for a person with very broad shoulders- most likely designed for a 6 foot tall person. This makes the (school) backpack very uncomfortable and cumbersome for smaller people. 6. Charger is a great idea but because zippers spontaneously open, the charger is always falling on to ground and we then walk with a tail. 7. Would be nice to have an appropriate belt strap/ wide strap for the waist especially as the backpack is so heavy. In the future, may we ask that you size the backpacks with smaller statured people also? And, offer a better return policy. We would have been charged almost $60 to return the second (unused) backpack. Now, we are stuck with two backpacks that are so-so in design, uncomfortable to wear, but necessary for that 1/10% chance of a bad person. Also, consider a reasonable style for a school backpack. No place for a water bottle is unacceptable. And, invest a little more in quality zippers. read more

I placed an order approximately two weeks ago. I ordered keychain mace and lipstick mace in pink. I received an email stating that the pink lipstick was out of stock. I called and immediately spoke to a to a representative and asked what colors were available I was told silver and blue. I asked if she could send silver I was told that it would be sent Monday because no one was working over the weekend and the staff had left for the day. I asked if this order could be expedited since on the website it didn't mention that any items were on a stock when I tried to order them she didn't offer an apology or any explanation to why I were not updated as to being out of stock or offered to expedite my order. I didn't have an issue with this and I thanked her. Tuesday morning I received another email stating that my item was no longer in stock and the only color available was now blue even though they should have received the email early Monday morning and processed it because she said that she attached a note for the change of my order. I immediately called and asked what the issue was and then I was not being rude but I was irritated that this was already supposed to be taken care of and she stated that that she was the same person that I had spoken with before and that she needed to check the inventory and now the blue one was no longer in stock. Rather than being apologetic she sounded more disconcerned and bothered find me being irritated that I was upset. Apparently this company has a problem with marketing and keeping their website up-to-date with items as they run out of stock or does not have the personnel to keep things updated as the inventory decreases. It's not unheard of or abnormal request when a customer is dissatisfied to have something expedited so that the company satisfies the customer and maintains good customer relations. I asked for a refund because how can one know if they don't keep the website updated when an item is going to be back in stock the employee acted like it was a problem and asked me twice if I was sure I wanted a refund. Although the reviews for this company are amazing which is why I chose to order from this company I can't imagine why with this type of customer service and the person I spoke to with this type of interaction the reviews are so good. read more

purchased several light bulb cameras from business we deal with regularly, noticed parts missing and then looked at trying to get the rest set up and running. all in chinese and no apps currently available for any phone period. guard dog sent me an email when i complained to them telling me they are obsolete ? yet listed on their website for sale. refused to find an app that might work for the camera. this company is a joke. if you buy here you stand an excellent chance of losing your money sherry read more
