AFTER installation the employee changed the price agreed upon over the phone and there was a substantial up charge. The total final price resulted in $749.00. Upon further review I searched the serial number obtained from the instruction manual for the lock that was installed and it costs $50.00. The installation took an hour or less and I have RING camera proof. This company charged $699 dollars to install a $50 dollar lock for an hour of labor. Please think critically and logically as this is extremely above market price ( per google results and asking different companies locally) and they took advantage of my wife being home alone. I have proof to back up all my claim in pictures. Please ask for written statement and signature of pricing before installation so they cannot up-charge as the bank will not cancel a transaction in your favor if there is a receipt and signature as proof. Lastly, My wife did not know better ultimately it is up to the consumer to be aware and educated to avoid scum like these people. Please note as well the receipt for credit card transaction does not match their business name. This seems strange.

She arrived in a company car with the logo, which gave me more peace of mind.
