Where we ran into issues - Rushed drywall repair: The joint compound was sanded and painted after one day (versus the 3-4 days Michael originally said it needed). A wall patch later developed small divots that my husband had to fill and sand. - Incomplete cut-in along walls:The ceiling paint stops ~ 1" short of the wall, leaving a noticeable unpainted border around the room. -Clean-up concerns: Four contractor-size trash bags of drywall scraps were left in our garage until we asked that they be removed. -Communication & professionalism: Michael's replies grew brief and impatient, and we received several payment-reminder texts even though we paid on the same date. Mr Lee was there from the day after we filed our claim until all the repairs were done met with our adjuster to make sure the adjuster got all that was needed to be repaired. The crew showed up fully masked even though they remained outside during the entirety of the project. Everything was power washed and caulked before the painting began. I honestly had no idea what to expect, but when Joel Sackett and his team came out, not only did they caulk (fill the gaps) repaint, and add the new trim color we'd selected, but they repainted (sprayed) all the exterior doors (including garage doors and metal fixtures), as well as repainting the entry way to the home top to bottom. After contacting 3 different companies for estimates and recommendations, Elite Pro's was the best fit for me at the time. I also liked that they provided a follow up review after a year. The startup was a bit delayed due to the weather(rain) and their spring rush. Once it did start, it didn't take them long at all. I never actually met or saw the workers, I just saw the progress in the evenings when I returned to the home. The project only took a few days. I was satisfied with their work and went with their recommendations for the job. I was pleased with the end result. Now that I'm in the process of buying a new home, I plan on contacting them again for projects.
