I have called and texted, and made appointments repeatedly with Emanuel, and he has either not shown up, cancelled, and never reached out to reschedule, or made excuses (e.g., his employees won't work, etc.). They showed up as promised, completed their work in the time promised. The kept it clean and were very courteous, even ran into a hidden issue that they did not charge us for.
