Victor saved me a lot of money by recommending a simple but effective way to retrofit my existing 3 1/2-foot pool iron gate with a much safer, child-resistant latch (MagnaLatch Vertical Pull 12" gate latch with key lock) mounted about 4 1/2 feet above the ground. It gave me the added safety I wanted without the expense of installing a 5-foot removable mesh pool fence, which also would have taken away from the look of the yard. WOW! I reached out to Victor with some wrought iron gate repairs and just MINUTES later he arrived to analyze the job. An hour later a couple of his workers were repairing our gates. This was amazing service! Victor clearly explained to me exactly what needed to be done and that is exactly what was done. Beyond that, Victor suggested we reverse the gate openings to comply with the current code. The quality of the work was superior! Not only did they take the gates apart, but they primed and painted; this meant that they finished the job and I did not need to hire other workers behind them...how refreshing! I called Victor out to do some work at my office. I received the bid and sent it to my landlord. I asked him if he would be interested in coming to my house. He came out the same day. I had gates that really needed to be replaced, and Victor explained that I'd be better off replacing my grass area around the gates with concrete because my sprinklers had caused the old gates to rust through in some spots. He ended up replacing much of the grass on that side of the house with concrete and a flower bed with a drip system, my rain gutter now drains to drain by the curb (which was blocked up and he also repaired) where before it just emptied and soaked the area around it. I'm extremely happy with the work that he did and how everything looks now. It was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated it would be before starting the project (concrete is expensive!) but I feel that it really looks great and that his advice will keep the gates looking nice for a long time to come. Would I trust Victor and his team again? Yes, as a matter of fact we've already discussed a few other upgrades that I'm looking at doing around the house. Thank you Victor! read more

I would give 6 stars if I could! My 90 unit West Hollywood condo needed to get ALL the railings done! including those on PRIVATE BALCONIES. During the HOLIDAY SEASON. which also meant removing wooden privacy screens for many owners. We were forced to do it with no warning so you can imagine the negativity swirling around the building. BUT VICTOR'S IS AMAZING. EVERY EMPLOYEE (EXTRA SHOUT-OUT TO JONATHAN) was kind, considerate, very incredibly careful of people's belongings and very sensitive to each of our personal concerns about work we were totally not expecting. I would like to give a high recommendation to Victor's iron fence and gate repair. 805-210-2301. The huge wind recently damaged my iron fence and gate. It's been there for 32 years and the ground cover over the bottom rotted it. But I didn't know that. The wind two weeks ago finally knocked it over. On Sunday I called and he called me back within an hour. he came on Monday and gave me an estimate. He and his crew arrived promptly on Wednesday and fixed everything. They did a great job.
