From the very beginning, I felt like they genuinely listened to me and truly cared about what I was going through. What really sets this firm apart is the personal attention. Bobby doesn't simply hand everything off to his staff -- he actually calls you himself and takes the time to speak with you. That meant so much to me, especially after feeling like I had spent weeks trying to get people to listen and understand the nightmare I was dealing with. Bobby and his entire staff were professional, polished, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. They acted quickly and worked hard to get my situation resolved. I always felt like I was in capable hands and, more importantly, that they genuinely cared about the outcome. If you are dealing with a lemon law issue and are feeling overwhelmed or unsure of where to turn, I highly recommend Bobby Hashemi Lemon Law. Having someone actually listen, take you seriously, and advocate for you makes all the difference. I am incredibly grateful to Bobby and his team for everything they did for me. Absolutely deserving of five stars!

The results that KLG delivers are most definitely worth the fees and the knowledge that I can reach out any time for help makes navigating the process that much easier. We ended up paying to access the court documents to confirm that the defendant was NOT him, just someone with the same name. My question is how did they pull his name and address out of all the other people who actually live in the city that it was filed? We don't live anywhere close to that city. Shame on this group of lawyers for causing unnecessary stress to individuals who are not involved in a lawsuit. These types of lawyers just pull up random cases without any research on the individual and cause unnecessary stress and anxiety. I do not care if it is an ad, their scare tactics are scummy behavior. Do better!

We waited 6 WEEKS for the police report, where the reporting officer found him "at fault" after interviewing JUST 1 witness and the driver, who said he was in the intersection. Not wanting to spend $$$ to retain a lawyer, we waited to see what kind of settlement amount the insurance would offer. We were then bullied by the insurance adjuster who convinced my fiancée that since he was found "at fault", they owed us nothing. We contacted a well-advertised billboard lawyer who told us we had "no case" because he had been found "at fault." Feeling dejected at a low moment of exasperation, my fiancée signed a settlement agreement of $10,000 as he was told "that's all you're going to get because you were found at fault." I literally got home :20 after he signed. I was furious and this let to a lot of fights between us. I found John Rajee of RMD Law on Yelp as a lot of reviews said he handled "difficult situations." He was kind and professional but also understood human nature and the whole dilemma we faced- trying to get a contract invalidated AND attempt to re-settle with the insurance company. He also advised me on different ways MY auto insurance could help even though my fiancée was on a bicycle. Although John consulted other colleagues to discover ways to secure a better settlement, ultimately nothing could be legally done to get the settlement contract negated :( Unfortunately, my fiancée and I had to move forward with accepting the circumstance. Through all these developments, John kept advising us and was professional and thorough. He advised me as an experienced counselor and also just an honest guy who took the time to reassure me that basically it wasn't the end of the world. Frankly, I was very very angry with my fiancée over his moronic decision to sign, and speaking to John just honestly helped me move past my anger and put the whole bad situation behind me. I would absolutely recommend John and his colleagues to anyone seeking legal advisement, and I will definitely refer him to friends and family. Even if you just need an answer or two, PLEASE contact RMD before signing anything, taking action, or accepting offers. They absolutely will help!

I know a lot of lawyers personally but had never had to deal with an accident lawyer and felt that most I talked to were either too aggressive, impractical or just not interested because my accident seemed small or not worthy of treatment. From the very beginning, John was open and honest about my case and gave me the guidance and direction that no one else seemed to be able to provide. I learned a lot about small claims court along the way because I had dropped the ball on my case, even if it was thru no fault of my own. John was easy to talk to and gave me the time needed. He was both practical and efficient. It was refreshing that he was available within reason and wasn't in a rush when dealing with me. Having written so many reviews on Yelp I have really learned who I can trust, and his Yelp site was honest and refreshing compared to so many billboard lawyers and even compared to friends and acquaintances! I can't tell you how much I appreciated John's help, and while my case isn't over yet, I would recommend him without hesitation to all of my friends and family.

Financial Relief Law Center, APC - The future is looking brighter now!

    Financial Relief Law Center, APC

    (63 reviews)

A Successful Outcome Doesn't Excuse a Poor Client Experience…read more My husband and I retained Financial Relief Law Center to help us through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy during one of the most difficult periods of our lives. While we ultimately received our discharge, the overall experience left us feeling frustrated, unheard, and unsupported. One of the biggest issues throughout our case was inconsistent communication. Over the course of many months, we received conflicting guidance regarding our eligibility for Chapter 7, particularly concerning whether my disability income needed to be included. Each time we believed we understood the next step, we were given different information, resulting in repeated delays while our financial situation continued to deteriorate. As our circumstances became more urgent, I reached out to our original attorney, Amanda, with a thoughtful email explaining our concerns. I wasn't angry or looking to place blame. I simply expressed that we felt like "just another file," explained that we had received inconsistent guidance, and asked for better communication and engagement with our case. I never received a response. Instead, our file was transferred to another attorney without any explanation or conversation. To me, that was one of the most disappointing moments of the entire experience. When a client takes the time to respectfully express concerns, I believe those concerns deserve acknowledgment. Even if there had been disagreement, a simple conversation would have demonstrated professionalism and respect. Instead, it felt as though our concerns were avoided rather than addressed. After the transfer, Rich became our attorney. Looking back, I recognize that he inherited a case that already had significant communication challenges. While I don't believe he was responsible for how the case began, the communication issues unfortunately continued. We often had to follow up for responses, and we frequently felt uncertain about the status of our case and the advice we were receiving. One issue that continues to stand out is that we were never given the opportunity to discuss whether delaying our bankruptcy filing until after completing our tax return was an available option. I'm not suggesting that delaying would necessarily have been the right decision, nor do I expect anyone to have predicted the amount of our eventual tax refund. Rather, I believe clients deserve to understand the available options, along with the risks and benefits of each, so they can make informed decisions. That conversation never happened, and it ultimately left us feeling that we had lost the opportunity to consider an approach that may have preserved a significant amount of money. To Rich's credit, after my bankruptcy was completed and despite no longer representing me, he took the time to answer several post-bankruptcy questions and acknowledged that communication during my case could have been better. I appreciated his willingness to respond and his professionalism in doing so. My purpose in writing this review isn't to question the firm's legal knowledge or the fact that we ultimately received a bankruptcy discharge. It is to share the client experience we had. Bankruptcy is an incredibly stressful process, and clients need more than legal documents filed correctly--they need timely communication, consistency, transparency, and the confidence that someone is truly listening when concerns are raised. Financial Relief Law Center has many positive reviews, which suggests that many clients have had good experiences. That's something to be proud of. At the same time, I believe the greatest opportunity for growth comes from listening to the clients whose experiences were less positive. Constructive criticism isn't meant to diminish the good work that's been done--it provides an opportunity to improve. I hope my experience, along with the experiences of others who have shared similar concerns, encourages the firm to place greater emphasis on communication, consistency, empathy, and accountability. Those changes would make an enormous difference for future clients navigating one of the most stressful times in their lives. If sharing my experience leads to even one future client feeling more heard, better informed, and better supported, then writing this review will have been worthwhile.

If you're reading this, I want you to pause and truly absorb this review, because I was in your exact position not long ago. If you're grappling with student loan debt, particularly if your wages are being garnished or about to be, I understand how overwhelming and stressful it can be. It can make you feel trapped and unable to move forward. I personally experienced this firsthand, as I had been dealing with a garnishment for years and had accumulated a staggering $368,000 in student loan debt from a community college and a bachelors, that included accumulated interest. A never ending nightmare. Once a wage garnishment finished, another garnishment for student loan would start. It was endless. However, it's important to recognize that there are solutions available, and seeking the right assistance can significantly transform your situation if you're being garnished or about to be. Christopher Peters provided me with the guidance and support I needed, and his impact on my life is profound. I transitioned from feeling powerless and helpless due to the garnishment to finally having a clear plan and a sense of peace of mind. It wasn't an overnight process by all means, but taking that initial step made all the difference. It took me over a decade to make that call, but I did it. I only wish I had taken action sooner, as many of us do when we find relief. It's just I let the hopeless feeling take over thinking nothing could be done and this was to be expected. I'm glad I took the chance and called the firm. I'm now on a structured payment plan with my student loans and not being garnished. A BIG win for me!! If you're struggling with student loan debt, with a garnishment on your earned wages, don't ignore it or assume that you're out of options if you're being garnished. Don't wait! They may be able to fight for you. Remember , the right guidance can help you stop the bleeding and begin the process of rebuilding your financial life if you're in garnishment. Fullman Firm assisted me in my fight, as their help truly changed everything in my situation. I hope they can change yours.

His role should be limited to gathering…read morefactual information--not providing legal advice or making representations that should come from licensed counsel. In my experience, his handling of the matter resulted in approximately $20,000 in consequences for the firm. More concerning, however, is what I observed about the firm's overall operating structure. The firm appears to function like a legal assembly line: a relatively small number of attorneys rely heavily on support staff to perform substantial portions of the work, while attorney-level oversight and execution do not appear to match what clients should reasonably expect from a law firm handling serious matters. If you are looking for sophisticated legal analysis, meticulous attorney involvement, and consistently high-level execution, I would strongly recommend evaluating your options carefully before retaining this firm. Based on my experience, the quality of the legal work and operational oversight fell substantially below the standard I expected.
