Guardian Pool Fence...our salesperson was Dean; he was very friendly, helpful and professional. Dean provided his opinion on how to design the pool fence. The installers (Jesus and Jose) were fantastic! Upon arriving, they both introduced themselves. Jesus proceeded to look at his diagram and started chalking the fence area. Once completed he asked, " is everything satisfactory and/or we can make any changes you want ". Everything was fine and they proceeded to install the fence. They worked very efficiently and neat. The final step was probably the most important. Jesus gave me all the do's and don't's about the fence. We needed a fence to prevent our dogs from falling in our pool. Within a week, Jose came out, conveniently on a Saturday, to provide us a quote & show us different options. He even brought out samples of different colors & sizes. He answered all of our questions & made it easy for us to decide to go with the 4 ft fence that matched the color of our landscaping. Jose even helped us gain insight on potential First Responder rates, which we greatly appreciate from any business! Erik came out on a Friday morning & made sure he understood everything we wanted prior to installation. We had our fence reinstalled today. It was originally placed in 2021 and we love the security it provides. We removed it temporarily and now needed it reinstalled. We had them install our pool fence 6 years ago and recently we added a slide. We needed to change the perimeter of the fence. They were up front about pricing, communicated before they showed up, added a panel and redid the holes for the price that was quoted. They had to add in a couple new panels and you can't even tell which ones are the new ones or the ones that have been out in the sun for 6 years. Highly recommend! I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give me a quote. Took the time off work and waited around but no one showed up. After calling, I was hung up on when reporting the issue. Then they called back claiming their systems weren't synced and they triple booked the guy. They said someone named Adam could call and give me a quote over the phone and he would call me when he was back in the office. Waited 2 days and no one called me.
