Summerfield Pool Safety just finished putting in our pool fence, and we love it. Never thought I would say that about about a pool fence. From the initial request for a quote, Tim was very responsive and communicated very well in terms of what they could do, what codes we needed to meet, and what to expect. He put a lot of my anxiety about getting a pool enclosure to rest. He was able to give me a ballpark quote very quickly. and it was more affordable than I was expecting. We needed an adjustment to the quote and we received quick responses to that as well. John and Aaron conducted the installation and did an amazing job!!! They were both very knowledgeable and friendly and went over everything with us very clearly. We have an awkward backyard, think bowling alley, and we were worried about how a pool enclosure would impact the space and function. John took extra time to lay out the path making sure there was comfortable flow on both sides of the fence from all directions. He also was very careful to make sure that the fence complimented the curvature of the pool instead of fighting with it. Aaton went over how the fence works, how to lock it, and how to remove it very clearly. I didn't know you could remove them for parties. That's fantastic! I also was worried about the fact that we have pavers and it wasn't a problem.
