I drove on over & there were 3 people ahead of me and only one employee, but he was very efficient. I should've gone there at first because the experience was just better. I could "go", but days later I was told by the employer that my urine was too diluted because of all the water I was drinking at Quest, and I had to do it again. I went straight back to the place & was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent customer support from everyone! The gentleman I scheduled with was so helpful; correcting my booking errors and had great patience and understanding. Lkisha, the phlebotomist, called the day before and showed up right on time. She is friendly, detailed, and very professional. I've had some difficult draws, but she has the knack. Did the blood draws for my Genova kit and was in and out so quickly. There was no one waiting when we got there and we were greeted by the sweetest lady named Regina. She had us just check in by entering patients name and birthday into an iPad. She took us back, pulled the blood, and we were done. We were in and out all within 15 minutes. Regina was super nice and very gentle with my dad. Overall great experience.

I really wanted to like this place, it sounded like a small, friendly neighborhood clinic. Making…read morethe appointment was easy, but starting in the waiting room, the experience was not good. The receptionist seemed distracted and inattentive. A man burst in the front door yelling that he needed attention, and she turned to him and totally ignored me. He actually was not in distress, just loud. When I finally got to a room, much later, the Dr. came in and started talking into her open laptop without even looking up at me. The whole experience was de-huminizing. to top it off, the neighborhood does not apprear safe and I was almost hit by a speeding driver when trying to get out of there. I will not be going back.

I researched the medicine and the primary side effects is a cough. I called on Monday and after never receiving a call back. I called again on Tuesday. Still no call back. They prescribed a medicine that is making me sick, yet they don't care enough to call me back. I went to Oak Street Health based on the services explained in the commercial. I saw they were sued for Medicare fraud. These so called professionals don't care about patients. This is totally unacceptable. The office on Capital Blvd needs to be audited. Each time I go the service gets worse. They need to close their doors. I would rate them a zero if I could.

The unprofessional actions at that facility was consistent every time and I could not get out of there fast enough.
