We had the craziest electrical problem in our motorhome. After an electrical surge. We had a cheap…read moresurge protector on it apparently took a majority of the hit but our motorhome appeared to have a ghost in it. If you turned the refrigerator breaker off, then it would work. The same with the microwave. If you turned that breaker off it would work but not in the on position. Justin squeezed us in and came out. He tested the 50 amp pedestal and found 1 leg dead. This is the point at which he left. Assuming everything will be good. I had switched locations at the campground to a new 50 amp pedestal. I hooked up again at the new site and still had the same issues. I called Justin back and asked if he could come out the next day and again he squeezed me in. He came out and checked my electrical system and found an issue in the breaker and fixed it. Technically he could have charged me another service call for the second day but did not. That's what I call good customer service. He will be my guy going forward every snowbird season. Fyi he also does RV inspections.

I had a Vintage Air system installed by the shop that did my LS Swap on my 1970 C10 and they made a mess of a lot of things: Transmission failed, loose motor mounts, and, the worst, they left a rubber fuel line laying across the exhaust, allowing 8 gallons of fuel to spew out on a hot exhaust system. After working through those nightmares and spending thousands more, I found that the A/C wasn't working anymore. Took the truck down to Mack (authorized Vintage Air shop) and they went through it and tested the system, recharged it, and gave me the news...the original compressor wasn't changed out and was going bad. Moral of the story, go to Mack's.

This company seems to be the best in the New Orleans area on 8/15/2018 I called Guardian to try and set something up to get my refrigerator repaired that would not cool and was giving me a code but they were booked till Monday. So I set it up and I went ahead and called around and found another company that said they could come out that day. I scheduled them to come out and cancelled my appointment with Guardian. To make a long story short, after several parts were changed and quite a few hundred dollars later and another week went by I was still stuck without a refrigerator. I called Guardian back and set up another appointment to see if they can come out and look at my refrigerator since the other company couldn't figure out what was wrong. When the technician with Guardian came out he found that my cooling unit was bad and even showed me proof. After ordering a new cooling unit and having it installed by Guardian it worked great. Now after 5 months my refrigerator is still working great. I should have just kept my original appointment with them instead of trying to rush things. I really recommend this company. **I tried getting my money back from the other company and still never got a penny back from them yet. read more

We're incredibly impressed with the service, work ethic, affordability and honesty of Guardian RV. We bought a brand new 70,000 Jayco Pinnacle from Steve's RV and were very disappointed in the arrogance of the owner and their refusal to help to accommodate us when it came to numerous repairs needing to be made within months of purchasing this RV.
