Some places push extras on you to nickel and dime you to death, not here. Offered, yes. Pushed, absolutely not. I really have no more to say as what was promised was delivered, no need for any interaction at all. Very happy with my choice to try out a smaller operation, it's a large site I just mean smaller as in not on every other corner like some brands. Only con for me is that there are no electric outlets anywhere either in or outside of the unit, maybe the larger ones have them.

Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

I was able to get a walk in closet sized unit for a great price because I so happened to sign up during the president's day sale. everything was through the app, even access to open/close the gate! I was told that the service fee could not be refunded, but that everything else would be. I was immediately refunded the lock fee and received an email confirmation. I never received an email confirmation for the refund of the storage fee. At the end of the week, I noticed that the storage fee had not been refunded yet. I called the Vails Gate location and was assured that I had been refunded by the woman who works there even though I explained to her that I was not. I put in a dispute with my credit card company and Public Storage ended up refunding me for the rental fee while the dispute was in process. Now, in July, I have just received a letter that they sent my account to a collection agency claiming that I owe them $263.00. I am furious. I called the Vails Gate location and received no answer so I left a message. After all that they put me through to refund my money, they have the nerve to say that I owe them money and are trying to ruin my credit report. I think not! This whole ordeal has caused so much more of a headache and problems for me than it ever should have. I will never ever do business with this location or this company again and I will be calling, emailing and tweeting whoever I need to to get this matter resolved immediately.
