Also, the manager, Terry, responded to my emailed via their site inquiry within hours of their opening on Monday, I had emailed on Sunday night. He went way out of his way to help accommodate my schedule, even let me come by with 15 minutes notice in my work truck to set it all up, and kept it to the point as I was at work. Some places push extras on you to nickel and dime you to death, not here. Offered, yes. Pushed, absolutely not. I really have no more to say as what was promised was delivered, no need for any interaction at all. Very happy with my choice to try out a smaller operation, it's a large site I just mean smaller as in not on every other corner like some brands. Only con for me is that there are no electric outlets anywhere either in or outside of the unit, maybe the larger ones have them.

I wish there was a way to contact this brick and mortar directly than deal with apps or the 800 call center .. It's large & dedicated to UHaul business only . Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.
