This location has the rudest managers and nastiest staff I've seen one to many ppl come in trying to refund the products which I never have but ultimately everything here is in a "Knock Off" state so don't bother wasting your time. Cordelle is the sweetest guy ever, as soon as we walked in he greeted us and helped us the whole time. I came in for a belt and he helped me find my size and told me how the button sizes work. I definitely will be coming back. The store has amazing customer service, I definitely will be back and will tell all of my friends and family. read more

I went today to buy a bag but the attitude of the salesperson made me think otherwise, she needs some training again to treat customers.

I should have noted it as a red flag, when I was initially purchasing my bag, the manager was on the phone with a customer explaining how there was nothing Gucci could do about a belt the customer had bought and wanted to return due to a poor fit. The manager was quite curt on the phone and grew hostile as the conversation continued. I sympathized with the customer on the other end of the line. Nevertheless, I proceeded to purchase a handbag costing more than my rent. The sales person and manager sensed my hesitation about the price tag. They encouraged me to wear the bag around and assured me that if it didn't fit with my lifestyle to bring it back within their 14 day return policy. I did just that and wore it to a movie that week. During the time wearing the bag, I noticed that the zipper was difficult to open and also the suede was looking worn after only one day of wear. Ultimately, I decided that this bag didn't fit my needs. I brought the bag back to Gucci at Bloomingdales the following weekend in the original box with the original receipt. The manager with green hair proceeded to explain she could not accept the bag back because it had signs of wear (hence why I was returning the bag) and a distinct smell (the suede bag smelled like suede). I was shocked that the return policy was so subjective and that Gucci has no quality standards they honor for their products. The manager was quite rude and didn't offer any sort of understanding or alternative way of handling the matter. I was turned away and told my bag could not be returned. I will certainly NEVER be shopping at this location again as the customer service is dismissive and elitist. Also, a tip for the manager, I would change hair colorists immediately, green hair is not a good look on your or anyone above the age of 18 for that matter. Secondly, as it is clearly thrilling for you to exercise power trips on Gucci customers, I believe it is with the distinct smell... the smell of bullshit. read more

I received a Gucci belt for Christmas from my boyfriend. It was a little too small so I tried to exchange it in the store. I forgot the receipt at home and tried to exchange without it which was a no-go. That is completely understandable. So, I had my boyfriend send a picture of the receipt to show the woman that worked there. She clearly was annoyed and didn't want to exchange it. She said it was not "in its original condition". Which is impossible because I never wore it. Not once other than trying it on and realizing it is too small. Then she asked me to leave the store since there was nothing she could do for me. A few days later, my boyfriend, as the original purchaser, went back and was able to return it. I'm glad that I now have a belt that fits but still confused on why I couldn't exchange it the first time around. read more

The staff were off putting. Gucci is not Goyard or the fashion house it presumes to be. Y'all have outlets lol anyways we arrived and there was was no explanation of the line, literally saw us walking up to cut it off when we called we were put on hold for half an hour. We needed a last minute belt, if there was a Chanel around we would not have even stopped by. Instead of my accommodating the sales associate said it would not fit me after looking me up and down. She then waited until they were about to close to let us know she had asked the manager and we would not be getting in. It's a store not a club. There was no real customer service or genuine care. This boutique is very small and sometimes do not carry what I'm looking for BUT the customer service is what you would expect a luxury store with good customer service should be. All associates, even on the busiest days, make an effort to reach out to everyone browsing the store so they can ask the customer if there is something that the associate can get/show them. Shopping here is pleasant every time and I don't mind that my hoarding problem is the collection of Gucci things. read more

There wasn't much of a greeting when I first entered the door. Unlike most luxury brand store where you are offered refreshments. The initial service was actually sub par, but once the worker realize you actually do have some money to spend. They go from 0 to 100 real quick and their service becomes quite exceptional. Absolutely the worst Gucci store I've been too. Terrible customer service, rude manager and careless employees. The sales associate gave me a $2000 USED bag, I tried to exchange it the next day and they wouldn't not accept the exchange because it "looked worn" mind you they gave it to me in this condition. I love this particular Gucci mainly because they are A-1 when it comes to customer service. I came in not too long ago to purchase a belt and they help I got was unbelievable! They suggested different sizes and alternate ways to wear it and I love me a good second opinion! Lol it was an amazing experience from beginning to end! I wrote a review on this Gucci store a few years ago but at the time, there wasn't a Yelp section specifically for this store that is located inside Bloomingdales (my review is under Bloomingdales). Fast forward today and I still get great service. Actually I've been coming here a few times before. I'm not sure about the customers who assume that if you don't dress the part, you will get bad or no service. I was pretty dressed down today, no makeup, and looked like a college student. I even carried around a beat up looking Nine West shopping bag. I think it has more to do with your demeanor when you're looking around and if you come off as someone who is approachable, someone that people want to help. read more

Loved the Associate that helped me tonight! She was incredibly helpful without being pushy and annoying. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. (Brunette with awesome lashes) I came in with my husband and was completely indecisive and most likely would have left to ponder my choices - between another LV bag or something from here.
