I always knew that when it was time for me to plan my wedding, I would go to Men's Warehouse to outfit the groom and groomsmen. My now-husband and I patiently waited for Men's Warehouse retail locations to open up in 2020 after being closed for the early months of COVID-19, and made an appointment. During our appointment, we were both disappointed that Men's Warehouse retail locations don't stock any tux or suit garments for in-store try on for rentals (unless you've already ordered the the tuxes/suits and the garments have arrived for alterations), which made it hard for us to envision the color combinations of the tuxes, vests, undershirt, ties, and pocket square. Instead, the Men's Warehouse employees layered a bunch of fabrics on a table for us to see and imagine. Needless to say, this is not ideal for an important event where visuals are paramount! Also worth nothing that we felt rushed by Men's Warehouse employees every time we were there, even though we'd made an appointment and the store didn't seem busy? The employees seemed to be inconvenienced by our mere presence during our appointments (we never exceeded the timeframe of our appointments). Why treat customers so poorly during a time when business must be slower than normal for them? If I could turn back time in a non-Covid world, I would not have chosen Men's Warehouse to provide tuxes for my wedding party, and I would not recommend them to friends/family. Navigating to the store: There is no interior mall entrance to the store, so customers can enter from the outside between the mall entrance near Macy's and Target's first-floor entrance. read more

This is about the Woodbridge store. In about 5 minutes the young sales rep helped me to select a suit jacket made of a material that I fell in love with. Sadly, he couldn't find a pair of pants to pair with the jacket with, even after calling the Springfield store. Neither even had a larger size that I could have altered at the waist. I was told the fabric is being phased out! The entire experience was highly frustrating. I might return, but they'll never be my first choice. read more

My fiancé and I made an appointment for a consultation. When we went in, the store was busy (nothing wrong with that). Multiple employees looked at us and said nothing, we clearly looked as if we were actively trying to find an associate. At some point, one of the associates finally acknowledged our presence. We were first asked if we were there to pick up a rental, and we said no we have an appointment. Employee: "ohh you have an appointment, ok." (Continues doing whatever she was doing -) Another employee came over and asked if we were picking up a rental as well.... Again, no we have an appointment. She stopped what she was doing to quickly tell us about the suits and to look it over. We were like ok, awesome thanks. She then came over about maybe almost 10 minutes after and said, we are really busy let's move to the second step.. (We never decided anything from the first step?) I asked about colors and at that point she responded, oh we don't have that color in pants that's a custom color and you can't rent those. (I don't believe I asked her if that option was rentable?) She then proceeded with, if you all want to go over their *points finger* my associate can help you with the custom options. Us: ok, cool. No one was in that corner to help us, associates saw us and said nothing, i then look over at our consultation associate and see her asking customers that JUST WALKED IN, "hi how can I help you?" I'm sorry, what....?! We walked out, we clearly looked bothered but I'm not surprised any of the associates didn't notice. 10/10 would never recommend this business location. Not worth the price of the items for the customer service you will receive. Would they do that to a bride?! Yeah, no probably not! If you are the appointment consultantionist, then do that and let the other associates do their job? I would have asked for a manager, but at that point what was the point? We were literally just able to walk out of the store without one associate stopping us to ask if we were ok or if we needed any assistance AT ALL. No follow up call or email. Literally zero customer service from the store whatsoever. read more

I wanted to get a suit to tide me over for a short period of time so I went to this store. I will never go to any Men's Warehouse again. The suits are poor quality and way overpriced for the junk they try to sell. The staff I ran across was like a used car salesman. Because of their tactics they lost the possibility of selling anything to me. I walked out of their store, went to a different company that is located nearby, found higher quality suits and more polite employees, and I purchased a suit there. read more

I went into this location looking for a suit for an upcoming event. I was looking at one of the sale suits and my wife suggested I upgrade to a better quality suit. The manager told me that I could get two of the nicer suits for $600 so I spent time trying on and trying to find a second suit. After locating the second suit the manager went back on his word and said it was $699 for two. He and the sales woman that were helping me waited until I spend almost an hour to change the price on me. I reminded the manager of the offer he gave me and he completely ignored me. I will never return to this location and I will ensure coworkers, friends, and family know the type of business they run here. read more

Went in before a job interview to get measured for a custom suit. Jason helped me out, and did a great job walking me through the process, helping with fabric and style selections with an easy manner and never in a rush or pushy manner. The suit came out great, and I felt like a million bucks wearing it, and got the job. Just went back to pick up some work clothes with the rewards vouchers I got for buying a custom suit and Jason helped me again to make that money go as far as we could while still looking stylish. I'll be back again for sure. Every man should have a great fitted suit or three and this Men's Wearhouse did a great job taking care of me. read more

We went into Men's Warehouse to find a couple of sport jackets, belts and shoes. After walking around the store for 10 minutes trying a few things on and looking for guidance we were approached by a maybe 18 year old. Meanwhile there were multiple employees standing around watching us. We told the employee our budget and timeline for alterations. He continued to hand us jackets twice the budget. We finally decided on one jacket after he continued to hand us the wrong size and over budget. He went to get the seamstress to lengthen the sleeves when she came out and told us it couldn't be done because there wasn't enough fabric after the very uneducated employee told us there was. At that point we were looking around the store for someone else to assist us. After looking for someone else and not finding anyone we left empty handed. Such a poor experience and awful customer service and knowledge. read more

This location is always busy but the employees make sure that you feel attended to. They messed up my order and gave me a torn shirt just two days before my event. When brought to their attention, they stepped up and placed a rush order. They promised I would have a new shirt as soon as doors opened on the morning of. Of course I doubted them and made a contingency plan but I was wrong; they stepped up like Kobe in the clutch! Great service. I got a call at 9:30am and all was fixed. We went in so we could rent suits for our upcoming wedding and got passed off from one person to another who didn't know what they were talking about. Came here in search for a suit for our wedding. We initially went to the Men's Warehouse in Fairfax (which is right down the road from me), but after experiencing their horrible customer service and their 'know it all' attitude, we decided to make a trip out to this location. Service is worth the drive. Initially when we walked in, I felt like we were being passed off from one person to another, but after we were set up with our wardrobe consultant Uday, everything else was smooth sailing. His friendly personality and his very helpful suggestions made the rental and suit selection process a breeze. I'm sure he deals with hundreds of customers every week, but whenever we came back to the store he remembered us and always helped us out. He does his job well and I can tell customer satisfaction is his top priority. Store itself is conveniently located right next to Springfield Mall Target. Parking is not an issue. Store is clean and organized. Will definitely be recommending this location to family and friends. read more

We weren't expecting such an efficient shopping trip, as we managed to everything we needed (coat, pants, white button down, and tie) in one trip in less than an hour. Do not visit this location! I shop at this chain a good bit, I have been please with past experiences. I would highly suggest you visit another location. The tailor doesn't listen and then is confused when you bring things back for him to redo. The manager is only worried about selling you more, not making sure what you buy is quality. If you are going to shop at men's Wearhouse do not visit this branch. Go to the branch in Tysons Corner, it's a little bit farther away but 100% worth the ten extra minute drive! read more

This shop moved into the Springfield Mall a few months back. The prices for the products are reasonable. You can get the store brand suits (Pronto Uomo) for around $220. They also have very nice Joseph Abboud suts for 500-700$ depending on how upscale you want to be. The sales team is hit or miss. Manager and assistant manager know their craft and take care of you. The rest of the team has skin-deep knowledge about the products they sell. The tailor does a good of alterations, but speak to her directly about what you want done, not to an intermediary. read more
