On our first visit, as we were heading out, a staff member stopped us and acted like we were trying to steal a coach bag-- We walked in with our older Coach bags, and the same staff member who later accused us of stealing had actually seen us come in with them and even complimented them. When we simply asked if a bag we were interested in was available in the back preferably one wrapped up and untouched (the one on the floor was scratched up and creased), the associate a white lady we spoke to gave us attitude. Then at checkout, the cashier a tall black lady raised her voice at us just because we said no when she asked if anyone had helped us, and again when we declined to sign up for their program.
