Regardless, this location is one to check out if you're a Madewell fan. Plus, the customer service is top-notch. Employees are very friendly and there's always someone who is ready to help you get a fitting room, take your items and find different sizes of the items you've tried on. Walking around, I saw 3 pieces that really called to me. I mooned over them but chose not to purchase anything. I walked past the (payment) desk and still no one said anything to me. I walked to the door, the gaurd was still on his phone and then walked out. Being a lifelong Coach lover, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a store and I've been to many. The staff is friendly and there's good selections here. I rarely find stuff that doesn't have my size. One time I bought a towel and the cashier scanned it and told us that we should be getting a bundle for that price so he saved us some value there. I've been here many times and noticed that when the line gets long they automatically very quickly add more cashiers to accommodate and the long line disintegrates quickly. She offered to hold my $1200 shoes until Monday when she could call headquarters. She could also help me package up the item to send by UPS- what I should have done an hour ago at home.
