I wish I could give this a 0 if I could. I scheduled an appointment online to reserve a time slot for my visit. The process of scheduling online was smooth. However, my email never stated who my appointment was with. So I called the number associated with this location and a sales rep picked up who doesn't even work at that location. I told her I received an email but I'm not sure who I need to see. Instead of trying to find a solution or reach out to the store it self, she starts telling me how it's impossible to book a same day appointment, and it should have never given me that option hence the "glitch." I told her I got an email already and I've already traveled to there. Anyways, she was not interested to understand the situation so I thought I would go inside to the location myself to find out. I arrived at the location two minutes late (given my time range slot). The advisor who checked us in was confused with the process and wasn't sure who to pair me up with. Then a guy comes out of no where and he's like "wait, wait! What's going on?" She tells me to show the confirmation email to him. He takes out his phone and he goes "unfortunately, you are now four minutes late for this appointment and there's a 45 min wait." I'm like I made an appointment online, and I traveled 45 mins to your location. In the email it did state there's a 15 min grace period as well, which I told him about. He told me he wouldn't be able to accommodate my appointment. This was so rude, and poor customer service given the luxury company it is. Lack of helpfulness on the phone and in person. I definitely won't be supporting this location anymore. read more

First off, this store is beautiful and is really like a showcase for all these beautiful pieces. This was my first time to the Bravern Gucci and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and level of customer service. I wanted a specific clutch I had seen online, but they didnt have the color I wanted at their store. So my salesman offered to ship it to me and I would have it by Saturday. There ended up being a mix up with the shipping so my salesman ended up hand delivering my new clutch out to me at my work. Now THAT is quality customer service and that is what makes customer continue to come back to you. Beautiful location, huge store, easy/convenient/free parking, great customer service. The store manager Robert was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I was requesting a phone order and he made the whole process ever so smooth and easy! When I described what I was looking for, he was so quick to know what I was describing and located the item for me in less than a minute. He was extremely attentive and thorough in making sure it was the right item. I've never been treated so well at a luxury retailer while purchasing a single sale item via telephone. I really appreciated Robert's kindness and professionalism. This was my first Gucci purchase in almost a decade. With this experience, I will probably be back for more and convert my friends over from the competitors. When in doubt, call this store for your Gucci needs. ROBERT! I went in to get my purse repair because the crystals fell off. Sale agent was nice and helpful. I just don't like their process. Clearly, the item is defect. Instead of replacing a new one for me, they sent to repair center. It will be weeks before I get my purse bag. At LV, they replaced a new one for me right away without proof of purchase needed. If does not matter if customers have receipt or not, it is still Gucci product and they should be responsible for any defect. This will be my last Gucci bag. read more

I love coming to this store! The employees are always very welcoming and I receive great service even on days that I'm just taking a peek. There's no pressure to buy, the reps are honest, and best of all there's no "cherry picking." I don't tend to adorn myself in obvious designer pieces and am typically dressed very casual - most of the time when I go to designer store I'm not given a second look after the obligatory "welcome in" greeting. But that has never been my experience. I highly recommend this store to everyone; such good place to go if you're looking for your first Gucci piece (even more so if it's your first designer piece). They will make the experience as special as you could hope for - champagne and all. I look forward to my next visit! read more

Visiting from out of town and went to this store for the first time. I've bought Gucci bags before before just not from this location so thought I'd see what they have. Upon entering felt very "judgy" and the SA vivienne was just snobby, bitchy, and just moody (she was pregnant so maybe that's why? But still)....which I don't know why because people like this tend to forget that 1) they work in retail for crying out loud and 2) they make a commission off of people like us HAHA. Also not to mention the Gucci products they're wearing was either bought at a discount if not given free being that they're an employee. I ended up buying nothing and thought to myself I'd just go back to my original SA who deserves my sales. read more

While I love Gucci products I am highly disappointed by the customer service I have received. I purchased a canvas bag because I didn't want a bag made entirely of leather (I feel bad for the cows) anyway, the purse I starting to fray on the creases which in my opinion is NOT normal wear, if it was normal it would be all over the bag. I went to the store and was told the canvas bags aren't for daily use (I guess using on weekends is daily use). After browsing the store and not seeing a bag I preferred more than my ghetto frayed bag I went to Louis Vuitton and purchase the medium Never full bag. Emails directly to the company have gone unanswered which in itself is 100% ridiculous. Thank you Gucci for your excellent customer service and for pushing me to purchase a Louis Vuitton bag. read more

(Update) I first reviewed this location back in 2017, what keeps me client at this location is the readiness and attentiveness each sales person has to their customer or personal. Being on a first name basis with the team adds a special touch intimacy that is often overlooked in luxury shops. But here at Gucci Bellevue, you feel as if the energy is inclusive rather then exclusive. I'm sort of collector of unique items, and I truly feel that the sales person I work with has become more of a friend over the years rather then just a "sales person", she is so sweet and very knowledgeable about the symbolism that is attached to the brands aesthetics. I feel encouraged to collect in-store rather then purchase online because of amenities and sheer pleasure I get with every visit. (Note) If they don't have something you like in store, this team will work tirelessly to find and allocate the item of choice elsewhere, what's nice about this process is you get the same experience. read more

But Gloria's upbeat personality and ability to show me what I said I might be interested in actually led to me buying a very cute cross-body bag.
