The staff stayed past closing hours with my dog because of the confusion and were so friendly when I came in. They seemed to really care about my dog and were very understanding of my mistake. The first time we went we had a great experience with our 2 shih tzu's Well groomed and they seemed to care about the dogs and cutting them carefully. The second visit the price increased dramatically and the dog's cuts looked rushed and choppy. They are nice groomers but they were not consistent with our dogs. I wouldn't have minded the price increase if they looked good, on the second visit. I thought it was strange that nothing was said about the price increase when we dropped them off. read more

I took my yorkie in with a picture I have used for years to show the groomer how I wanted him clipped. When I picked him up, it looked like he hadn't been clipped at all. They cut the ears on my Morkie wrong but that could have been a miscommunication. When I called to get a price, I was told $70 a dog but they charged me $75 each. This isn't their fault but the parking at this location is ridiculous. read more

They were great! My two small dogs are terrified of going to the groomers, and I was hesitant about finding someone new that we (and they) would like. I did have to drag them in the door but right away the workers were nice and tried to pet them/talk to them. They were also able to be in the same kennel. When we picked them up they seemed happy (whereas at other groomers they were shaking with fear, even as I went to pick them up). I was also honestly just happy they answered the phone right away - as I was looking to book an appointment with other highly rated groomers on Yelp, it was really hard to get a response. I decided to take my new dog here after seeing the great reviews here and on google. I was able to text to make an appointment (super convenient for me) and got a good date and time for us. I had only had my dog for about 6 months and wasn't sure how he would do with the haircut but the girls there said he did great! The girls working there were very sweet and made us feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with the cut he got and they even said I could come back to trim his under eye hair if it grew over again before his next cut for free! This place does an amazing job grooming our Pipa. This is our second time here since the new owners took over. My 45 pound Portuguese Water Dog look gorgeous. Her hair is not only trimmed perfectly with a close cut coat and labradoodle face, her nails are filed, teeth were cleaned the hair around her paws is trimmed so cute with the fragrance of a spoiled dog. Co-owner, GInnina 'G', was so kind, gentle and loving towards Bailey and the feeling seemed to be mutual! We found the business to be clean, cheery, well-lit, definitely a happy place! So one week later we returned for a haircut and were thrilled with the results. Beautiful cut, soft silky body, high-end spa smell. Luxurious, but at a very reasonable price. I took my dog there on July 22, 2022. The lady that groomed him was Nicki (not sure how she spells her name). She cut my dogs ear and gave me a made up story that he's turning his head and ears a lot because he's got hematoma and that I should wrap his ears for at least 2 days. I'm a first time dog owner so I didn't know what she was talking about but wanted to do my own research on it when I got home and so I didn't see the cut till I got home. On top of that my dogs appointment was at 12:00pm. I got back at 2pm to pick him up. As I'm walking up to their door Nicki is walking back too!? She left my dog after she bathed him and went to lunch??! She should've been honest with me about cutting his ear and at least not charged me the $75 for a horrible grooming treatment for my dog. He was traumatized!! When we got home he didn't even wanna get out of the car or come to me to go inside our house! He has NEVER done that with me or after coming home from any of the other grooming shops. Horrible!! I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. read more

I've been bringing my golden doodle here for about a year. They got new ownership and honestly it's been better than ever! The girls are so sweet and so professional. My dog always looks so good after she leaves here. And smells so amazing. They are perfectionist when it comes to the cut which to me is important. I've had groomers who don't care and leave patches all over or who have cut my dog while grooming. These girls are so caring and actually love what they do and it shows in their work. Took my dogs at the last minute for a simple nail trim after Petsmart refused to take them because I couldnt produce their rabies vaccinations. Not only was the quality better, he was FAST...probably about a minute for each dog....which matters because my beagle is old and fragile and HATES getting his nails trimmed. Any way to lessen the trauma for him is appreciated! Oh and did I mention he was way cheaper than Petsmart too! Got himself a loyal customer today. PS...google directions tried to take me into the mobile home park next door. DON'T go in there...it doesnt go thru. I love the people who own his dog grooming business. They do a wonderful job. I take my Chihuahua in to get his nails clipped and a bath. They also clean his ears. 6 weeks ago my dog was sprayed by a skunk. I gave him 5 baths but he still smelled. They not only gave him a bath, they washed him 3 times. He finally doesn't smell like a skunk. They are so gentle with the animals, I never have to worry. Great place and very reasonable in price too. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They simply reduced my dog to a shaved rat dog. From head to toe Just shaved everything even her beautiful tail. She had some matting, but this poor puppy looks ridiculous. I wouldn't trust them with a stuffed dog. They even nicked her in a few spots.
