It was my puppy's first haircut and he looks amazing. All the staff were so nice and Nicky was our groomer and she did amazing. My puppy Moose seems so happy and chill. Today was my first time taking my dog to Pin Up Pets. My 8-yr-old Golden Retriever was matted around his ears and has been heavily shedding his winter coat, leaving tufts of fur all over the place. I asked them to trim him up, get rid of his matting and try to get rid of as much undercoating as possible. They were so sweet with my big old baby! They not only got rid of all the extra shedding issues, they trimmed up his paws, his tummy, legs and ears. This doggie salon is a bit out of my way, but well worth the drive. Brittney at the front desk is great and the groomer is as sweet as can be! I will be taking my Australian Sheppard in next week for the same treatment. Great people, great, fast service, decent price, they even offered my dog a new toy and a fun little treat on the way out. Highly Recommend!

Been taking my little dog Murphy here for a couple of years, and they do an amazing job. He is very grumpy when it comes to people messing with his nails, but somehow they do the job every time, and he comes home a happy, clean boi! I recently adopted a gentle giant named Hank, who's extremely shy, but they take such good care of him. I love this place, they are so friendly and personable, I wouldn't want to take my puppies anywhere else. I feel they really care for my pets. Highly recommend!

We've been taking our two doodles to PinUp Pets for 2 years now and have never been disappointed! They typically have availability within the next few weeks so I don't have to stress about scheduling and they are quick! I've waited 4+ hours at other locations for both doodles to be groomed but PinUp always has them done in about 2 hours. The cuts are always exactly what I ask for and the pups look great! Highly recommend.

The ladies at Pin up are super nice and keep visits short which is awesome for my little PTSD stress girl Ginger. It's been 10 years since her last visit to a groomer. I have no words! My cute Maltese is shaking and freezing. The shaving was so short that she does not look like a Maltese. Why wouldn't you call me before shaving her like this? Needed to find a new groomer for my puppy because our groomer closed their business. I called and made an appointment with PinUpPets and felt right at home. The groomer was happy and spent time getting g to know my dog Po and then we talked about the services he would receive. Friendly and efficient dog groomer in the Chandler area. The groomers here are all pretty skilled with small dogs and I'm sure big dogs as well. I like how they run their business here. Always communicative and my dogs don't seem traumatized at all coming here. Pricing is at market level in this economy. So expect to pay a little more even for just a bath, light trim and blow out. read more

I wanted to leave a review to talk about the great experience I had with Rebecca. My dog Olson is 13 years old and has a large tumor on his tail. We are unable to operate due to his age and heart murmur and it usually very noticeable after he gets groomed, but she made it blend in to his tail so nicely I had to feel around to make sure the tumor was still there! After having a bad experience at a different dog spa I was hesitant to get my dog groomed but Jessica at pin up pets did an amazing job on my golden doodle! His grooming was done fast and efficient, which I appreciated. Great place to get your fur babies groomed! I have a German Shepard, a dwarf pug and a Great Pyrenees\Anatolian Shepard. Pin Up Pets always makes my babies look and smell their best. From the moment I drop them of until the moment I pick them up, they are loved and cared for like their own. Plenty of kennel space so they have their own space to dry and wait for me. I absolutely love this place and will not go to another groomer. read more

I am a big fan of Pin Up Pets. They've taken great care of my Golden Retrievers. They are a drop off and go service and, while the storefront isn't great, the service is fantastic. My puppy always comes out looking beautiful and the smelling clean. They are fast and keep great records so I am not starting from scratch each trip. The best thing I can say about them, though, is that, when I brought my abused rescue Golden there for the first time, they gave her absolutely amazing and loving treatment. She was so dirty and so smelly with wounds they gave such diligent care to. She came out looking like a new dog and was a great start to her wonderful new life. read more

Great neighborhood groomer! Rest at ease leaving your fur babies with the staff at PinUp Pets. It's located very conveniently at Pecos & McQueen and has plenty of parking in front and in back of the entrance. They did an outstanding job with my Havanese and with my Great Pyrenees mix. I later spoke with the owner, Marissa, who made the situation far more difficult than it needed to be. Instead of immediately addressing the condition my dog was left in, she questioned whether the grooming had actually harmed him and insisted on speaking with my vet before considering a refund -- despite the obvious irritation and the condition he was sent home in. After multiple conversations, Marissa eventually stated that after reviewing the footage, they would issue a refund, which I did receive. However, during that same conversation, she claimed that "nothing went wrong" during the grooming and said the only reason they refunded me was because I told her I would leave reviews and warn others about my experience. The photos speak for themselves. No dog should leave a grooming appointment crying, itching, visibly uncomfortable, and shaved so aggressively that their skin is left raw and irritated. What was supposed to be a simple haircut turned into a stressful and painful experience for my dog, and the way the situation was handled afterward only made it worse.

I recently brought my Husky in for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Huskies can be a challenge with their thick double coats and shedding, but the groomer handled it like a pro. My dog came home looking amazing -- clean, fluffy, and smelling great. The staff was friendly and clearly experienced with northern breeds. They took the time to brush out all the loose fur, trim the nails, and even gave him a cute bandana afterward. Best of all, my Husky seemed relaxed and happy when I picked him up. I got my Max (4yr old German Shepherd ) a appointment for the first time at a groomers for a bath. They applied a deshedding shampoo which was great for him. He isn't very nice to most dogs unfortunately and the girls were very good with accommodating Max . 3 weeks had passed by and he STILL smelled amazing and he's mainly outside in the dirt throughout the day so I was surprised he smelled that great for so long. I love this establishment! This staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have a German Shepherd mix and he's super temperamental about his paws being touched. The employees here know exactly how to handle him and make him comfortable. It's the first and only spot where they don't have to muzzle him. They also have 2 large areas for dogs to hang out and wait for owners to pick them up, keeping dogs out of kennels. AND they have windows all along the side of the building so you can see your pups and everything that's being worked on while you wait. Full transparency. read more

Took my dog Beau in yesterday to see Samantha, first time at PinUpPets. I think Beau was less anxious yesterday than when I would ordinarily pick him up, he must have missed Samantha!
