I'm a real estate agent and my first call to Brandon 3 years ago was to change out old fluorescent bulbs(to can lights) in a clients new home. His professionalism, great attitude, knowledge are second to none...Plus, he ANSWERS THE PHONE/ or returns calls very QUICKLY, his prices are great, as well! Since then, I've referred him to many clients and have used his services in my own home at least 10 times. WOW I called this place on to get some work done in my new house ,no answer so I just left message and in a few minutes later "Brandon" called me back ! we set up something for the next day ! next day comes then I get a phone call saying a job took him longer than he expected and that if we could reschedule for the next day. I said fine, I understand things happen so I rescheduled. well here comes the day of, and he doesn't show up at the agreed time ! so I called and no answer ! he didn't even bother to call me back. very unprofessional and that says a lot about a business. Brandon is very professional. I felt very comfortable having him work in my home while I ran out for a bit. I was able to get an appointment within the week. He replaced faulty electrical switches with quality equipment that doesn't keep breaking. He switched out my outdoor lights with upgraded ones. I had a problem with a house circuit that effected smoke detectors and lights. The circuit breaker kept tripping when more than one light was turned on. Not knowing whether it was a bad breaker or some kind of electrical short I looked for an electrician on yelp. I found Guckeen Electric. I talked to the owner, Brandon, who said he could be a my house in an hour, Fifty minutes he arrived. I liked him from the beginning. Quick and reliable service; I had an electrical issue and called Guckeen Electric; got other companies answering machines--really ? :-( but got a hold of Guckleen immediately, and he arrived that day & within an hour or two and within a very short period of time he figured out the problem and had it fixed; good thing cause the fridge was out and stuff was melting each hour :-) Fast, reliable and affordable. Brandon is a great electrician in Temecula, CA. We've used him several times and he has always done a great job; plus his rates are reasonable. A different contractor quoted me over $1,700 to fix a supposed problem with my circuit breaker and related wiring (suggesting it was a huge job). Brandon is now officially OUR electrician, the guy we know to call whenever we're having outlet issues or when we want to switch up some lighting. He is reliable -- he picks up the phone when you call, which is practically unheard of in 2016, and if you get his voicemail, you can count on him calling back. Both times we have needed him, he was able to come out that same day and get the fixes done, and his prices are always very reasonable and he's just a nice guy. Guckeen are great. At two separate houses I needed a 50A plug for an electric car installed. The first did not have any space available in the breaker box, let alone for a 50A, 220V breaker, but he did it. He rewired a few breakers and everything worked great. He showed up in time. Saw Brandon's reviews and figured I would call him. What a great decision...! We discussed the issue I was having, narrowed it down to a potentially bad breaker. He did not have one in his truck, but immediately drove down to Home Depot and picked on up, got it installed and all is good! When I asked what I owed him I was very pleased with the price. I needed a qualified electrician to install the wiring through the wall for my security cam. It's one of those things I probably *could* have done myself, but I really didn't want to botch things or wreck my stucco or hit a power line in the wall or any myriad of things that could go wrong. Jon r I called Friday morning 7/7/17 at 830 am told him the problem guckeen electric he tells me sure no problem I should be able to come bye 4 pm today I told him no problem even tomorrow morning would work ,it's now 7/16/ 17 I've called and left 3 messages during the week just asking for just a call back,no response it's now Sunday night 7/16/17 so tonight I called busy bee electric I expected to get a answering machine it's Sunday night 7:00 pm not thinking they would respond but he answered the phone and told me he'll be here between 10 and 11 am tomorrow Monday morning. Brandon installed a GFCI outlet in our bathroom quickly and at an affordable price. He used a borescope to route a wire from another outlet in a different room to the bathroom which saved hundreds of dollars in drywall repair. Good job! read more
