When we asked about putting in the application she told us we were not allowed until we view the property we even asked about putting down the deposit to secure the house before seeing it along with the applications and said we cannot do that either until we see the house. Friday she told us that we can see the house 10:00 a.m. on June 30th. This morning she now informs us that she has three other applications and is not going to show us the house. Then this Erica chick whoever is representing y'all decided to get Mouthy with my wife on the phone. However, after only a short time, I discovered Kessling was even worse. I had simply asked to have a quick property inspection to assess the condition of the house specifically the fence my renters were asking to have replaced. It took them months to complete this and then he didn't inspect the condition of the air filter, which is something I specifically asked him to do. On top of that, he "referred" me to a contractor do repairs but refused to follow up with the guy when my renters complained and sent pictures of the job not being completed. That was apparently "my problem". And, if that's the case, why even have a property manager if they do nothing more than collect rent? I can do that myself without being there in person. On top of that, they refuse to embrace technology which alone isn't a dealbreaker but makes them very hard to work with. My renters were not happy to be having to drop off a physical check at their office all the time nor was I satisfied with handwritten (barely legible) statements with next to no details on them.

We searched and search for properties online and found one that seemed to be interesting to us. Turns out it was Mr. Morin's listing. We called him after a week of family discussions and it was an epiphany moment. We knew from the moment we chatted with him that he would be the person to find our forever home. That week as we drove thru 7 states to meet with him; he not only cleared his schedule for that time frame but had everything lined up and ready for us to see. When we finally shook hands, we knew he was honest, sincere and very trustworthy. We knew he would work for us in a way many other senior realtors wouldn't. Despite providing all the required documentation, Rally Credit Union has made this process unnecessarily complicated and continues to give me the runaround. They are holding funds that were owed to a deceased family member while claiming he was not entitled to them, despite the fact that Social Security benefits are paid in arrears. The payment deposited in October was for September benefits that had already been earned. The lack of clear communication and resolution has been incredibly frustrating during an already difficult time.

The owners tried to come at 5 a.m and do repairs themselves. The manager of Group One is scared and won't ever deal with anyone. She would send her assistant Kristen who did nothing with repairs and maintenance either. After keeping our deposit for no reason they tried to charge us another 3000. That place was in better shape when we left it. When we refused to pay the Xtra 3000 they reported it to our credit agency then charged it off because they knew we did not owe it but I will get the last word on this . They Are CROOKS
