The prices are decent- mainly outlet prices which include 10-20% and up to 70% depending on the stores you visit. They will have the prices displayed. You can always ask an employee. There are two outlet centers close to each other--Orlando International Premium Outlets and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets--and both have a Disney Character Warehouse. If you're looking for discounted items for your Disney trip--or you're just a Disney fan--this is definitely the place to go. The price cuts compared to Walt Disney World are huge, and you can save a lot instead of paying those in-park prices. I've been here when it's super quiet, and I've also had to wait in line just to get inside--it really depends on timing. I've found everything from Lilly Pulitzer pieces to great clothing, accessories, and Disney bags. It can be hit or miss, but when you score, it's worth it. If you have kids--or just want to avoid breaking the bank--this is absolutely a must-stop.

Had some deals, but we were not at all impressed with the staff today at the front counter. While we waited in line, 3 employees were arguing with each other in full view of the customers, something about some coupon on an iPhone I could tell one girl was getting really upset. The whole time there was a small line of customers waiting to check out. Whatever - eventually the one girl walks away, clearly flustered. We proceed to check out. The girl wearing the cowboy hat asks us very fast "cash or card" like hurry the hell up. "Card" we reply. She then just angrily points at the counter for us to place our items to buy. She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. I get it, people have rough days, but after witnessing how she treated her fellow employee in front of customers and the rudeness displayed to us, I felt the need to write this review. Not an asset or good ambassador for our beloved hometown Nike. Do better, Just do it. Terrible customer service.

The place itself is clean, I liked that they're not the usually kiosks or sales people trying to sell you things, that's a plus for me when it comes to choosing a mall. I have some places that I like to go there for food, like the Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs. My daughter likes that there's a Claire's, and all the other Claire's around that we know are now closed. They have unique places when it comes to luxury brands, plenty of parking, but in peak season time can get difficult to find a parking close to the entrance. Visted the store after hearing all the hype online about deals etc and was appalled by what I witnessed. What should be a shopping experience aligned with Disney's typical guest experiences is in reality an auction and shopping hoard that is not discouraged at all by the store. The store had numerous whatnot sellers and live auctioneers conducting live auctions for store merchandise they had not yet purchased. To put this into context, these sellers DO NOT own the items they are auctioning, they are running live auctions that store customers were appearing in without knowing, selling items from the racks that they hadn't purchased yet and interfering with other shoppers as they shopped. It makes you not want to shop there and just go online and attend their auctions instead because at least then you don't have them shoving you out of the way and grabbing things back from you as you shop. They were literally live streaming shelves, starting auctions for items for sale on the shelves and blocking shoppers from buying those items they were trying to auction despite not owning the items. They had carts filled with merchandise for their auctions. When the doors opened Sunday morning the whatnot sellers were all waiting first in line and clearly knew the staff, calling some by their first name, joking with them etc. As soon as they get into the store they grab everything off the shelves and stock pile the items in their carts, cutting off shoppers, families etc. In the rear corner of the store, two men stood "guarding" multiple carts overflowing with toys they hoarded off the shelves as guests tried to shop. They refused to give the items to shoppers and claimed they were buying them. All the while standing in the back corner with piles of items that in store shoppers wanted to buy, however the whatnot sellers grabbed everything to try to auction them off from inside the store. It was crazy. You had the option to wait for them to run their auctions and see if someone online wanted to buy the item and have a shot at them then deciding to "put it back" What a joke. The staff seem very well aware that this was going on and didn't want to acknowledge it when it was called out to them. Some of them clearly have a relationship with these people. I attempted to notify a manager on the floor who I saw people auctioning within her line of sight. I asked if she saw this happening and she gave a blank stare. I then asked if she knew what whatnot was thinking maybe she doesn't understand what's happening, but she said she knew what it was and didn't understand what the issue was. I explained that there were a group of men guarding carts full of merchandise they haven't bought in the back corner of the store while their partners ran live auctions in the store. The manager just stared at me. Im not sure if she was getting a cut of the action or what. It was bizarre. A quick search on Google showed this practice is not permitted, yet the store workers and managers did nothing to stop it and engaged with sellers who were in auctioning. I took numerous pictures and videos of this happening. Amazingly, the auctioning customers were fine to record and conduct their auctions, but I was given dirty looks for taking pictures documenting what was going on. I watched as a woman visiting from another country repeatedly attempted to buy a toy from the shelf only to have a seller tell her they are auctioning the item and to put it back on the shelf. The woman's child was clearly upset and the mom was upset by the situation. This was the nonsense that staff allowed to go on. I will not shop here again because of this practice. I don't care what discount they are running on old merchandise no one wanted. The way you treat customers whether in the park or in your bargain hut should be the same as both carry the "Disney" brand name. I don't know why a company would allow their brand to be devalued by this nonsense. I LOVED that the Nike outlet had a sign visible to all strictly prohibiting this practice, not allowing auctions in their store nor will they permit the return of items from the auctioneers, preventing item hoarding. THANK YOU NIKE AND SHAME ON YOU DISNEY CHARACTER OUTLET!

It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

Last year we went and they had Christmas flamingos. They had more this year. They also passed out Christmas bags with Simon mall logo on them. I would be back for this event. My issue with The Florida Mall is that the A/C doesn't work well. It's a huge mall with tons of shops and tons of people walking around. They are so busy. We were looking for stores with the best A/C bc we couldn't really beat the heat here. Primark has the best A/C. Along with Armani Exchange, Ghirardelli bc of their chocolates, and The TNS Store. I wish I could have stayed longer but the lack of A/C made me want to leave. I very much loved the Xmas in July Event and Santa, Mrs. Claus, the elves, the photographer, and the other people working were so nice. The AC is sure lacking and this was the issue last year. Perhaps the big space, older mall and open ceiling exposing the sunshine sure doesn't help. This is a very popular mall. It could def be better here.
