They got me, my truck, and my dog, in immediately and took very good care. During the several hours I spent there, they were in constant communication with me, my husband, my insurance company, and there was nothing they wouldn't do for me to make sure I was provided for and comfortable. I try to bear it but it broke down fully 3 months after purchase. Manage to get them to do a full service on it for free, only for the same problem to have occurred repeatedly over two and a half years with them always finding a different problem to charge me for so it's not under warranty. Suprise it just happened again and they're refusing to take any fault for it. Now I'm locked in paying for a car I have driven less than I have walked in the last few years and I can't surrender it without fucking over my credit score to the point I'll never get a replacement car. Do not buy from them. They don't give a shit except to get your cash and their maintenance department are a bunch of incompetent scam artists.

When the car was new it was not on my radar so I never had a chance to own one and I only later came to appreciate them after they were not made anymore. Andy was a great guy to work with and I left with the car even though I already had my car down there, getting two cars back to Milwaukee would be a challenge to sat the least. Andy was no pressure and said take the car for a while, see if you like it and he didn't even want any license or collateral to leave for a 1/2 hour of Hwy and city driving to put the car through its paces. We don't do that in Milwaukee Wi, his trust of us with out knowing who we were are was refreshing for a dealer. I walked in and drove out with the car on impulse, now the challenge of getting this car home would be tough because there is no direct public transportation and it stops three hours away from the car so I was on my own.

Within 8 days of purchasing the vehicle we have spent close to $5,000 in repairs with more to come. We have yet to even be able to put 150 miles on it since purchase and have owned it for 30 days now. Within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle we started having problems with it. To date we have had to: -Replace the starter -Fix an oil leak -Replace the front drive shaft -Replace the transfer case -Purchase a new fuel line -Purchase a new transmission control module -Have an exhaust leak that has yet to be fixed -and have 3 tow bills (thus far) When contacting Seay Motors, with each incident, all they have to say is "I hate to hear that". They have flat out refused to do anything on their part stating that they do not have to because they did not offer any type of warranty. While I understand we do not have a warranty with them, I also believe that is horrible business to sell a vehicle that breaks down 8 days later and still not driveable by 30 days and refuse to do anything to try and make it right. Not one time have they offered to do anything. Not only has this put a financial strain on us, but it has also left our family of 4 with only one working vehicle for the past month and for no telling how much longer.
