They got me, my truck, and my dog, in immediately and took very good care. During the several hours I spent there, they were in constant communication with me, my husband, my insurance company, and there was nothing they wouldn't do for me to make sure I was provided for and comfortable. Come to find out the transmission was out, and they are currently working on it. They got me in a rental, the mechanics brought me lunch, and my dog was given the 5-star treatment as well! Manage to get them to do a full service on it for free, only for the same problem to have occurred repeatedly over two and a half years with them always finding a different problem to charge me for so it's not under warranty. Suprise it just happened again and they're refusing to take any fault for it. Now I'm locked in paying for a car I have driven less than I have walked in the last few years and I can't surrender it without fucking over my credit score to the point I'll never get a replacement car. Do not buy from them. They don't give a shit except to get your cash and their maintenance department are a bunch of incompetent scam artists.

Fair and transparent pricing. Prompt and comprehensive communication every step of the way over email, which is very rare even from local dealerships one has visited in person. We asked many questions about the condition, service and ownership history of the car and received immediate, truthful answers that we later verified. We asked about extended service contracts, but there was no push to upsell anything. We asked for a Carfax, which they did not have, so purchased ourselves, but they did provide one of their own before the sale was concluded. They took it upon themselves to clean and service the car (oil change etc.) and had it carefully loaded and shipped on the carrier of our choice. Chuck was super helpful and kept us informed at all times. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We hope they live long and prosper.
