We included a weed service at a premium as well. They did a good job. We actually referred them to surrounding neighbors. Mejia offered one free weed service within 1-2 months. We had recently requested the second weed service, since the weeds grew back. The request was made within the 2 month period. Unfortunately, Mejia did not honor the original agreement and requested we pay for the follow up weed service. They blamed the rainy weather and that they would only do the second weed service with a fee. It's unfortunate that they went back on their word. Beware and make sure to get a clear scope of work and a clear definition of rework/additional services.
