We enrolled with Primrose Westfield in August 2025 while expecting our baby in December. We were…read moretold we could tentatively secure an infant classroom spot for July 2026 and were required to put down a large deposit to hold that place. Due to health concerns, we only needed to delay his start date by five months, which would make him about one year old and moving into the toddler classroom instead of the infant room. Despite this small and very reasonable adjustment, we were told we would forfeit our entire deposit, have to pay a brand-new deposit, and that the earliest toddler availability wouldn't be until August 2027. So even after planning nearly a year in advance and paying a large deposit, there is essentially zero flexibility for normal life or health circumstances. Losing your deposit simply because your child ages into the next classroom feels unreasonable and unfair. On top of that, tuition is around $2,600 per month, which makes the lack of flexibility and customer care even harder to justify. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly encourage other parents to carefully review the deposit and scheduling policies before committing.

As a mother of two young children who attend Primrose at Grand Park as well as an infant teacher, I…read morerecently shared this story with the owner and wanted to share here as well. The other day when my co-teacher was at lunch, I had an infant spit up all over his clothes, a second one vomit, another one make an attempt to get food off a tray he's allergic to and quickly moving him away, the second baby vomiting three more times in a row followed by a fourth infant spitting up all himself and needing a change of clothes, all within a few minutes of each other. To top it all off, we discovered that two of them chose that precise moment to have a BM, making the cleanup process even longer as we had to change them one at a time at our single diaper changing station. Throughout the mass chaos, two management team members both stepped up to assist and helped make a situation that was chaotic and stressful something we could laugh at throughout the whole ordeal. The mood lightened and it made for a great story to share with my mom group when I got home that evening. Even more so though, I felt so incredibly grateful for both of them, not just as a teacher but as a parent as well, and this is just one of many ways in which the management team as a whole has stepped up to give support in the classroom throughout my time at Grand Park.  Knowing my children are at a place where teachers feel such a great level of support and camaraderie from management is such a relief because I feel that helps ensure my sweet little ones truly are in the best of hands. Having taught at many schools and some without that type of support is hard on even the best of teachers and creates a tense and stressful environment, one I feared ever putting my own children into. However, the management team at Grand Park has gone above and beyond each and every day to make sure teachers are feeling uplifted and supported, and I am so incredibly grateful for that! With my unique perspective as both a teacher and a parent, I know I get to see things like this that most parents don't which is why I wanted to share my thoughts and observations with you.

Our experience was great with this school and I'm glad we found Scott and Emily. My youngest son…read morestarted here for what we thought would be one year before we started him in The Orchard School, which is where our oldest is attending school. Instead, the experience was so good they earned the right to keep our son one more year before heading off to Orchard. There were lots of little things I appreciated about his experience here: 1 - Healthy eating! Emily and her staff were consistent in their message that kids need healthy snacks and this fits well with my personal belief we are what we eat. My son came home asking for broccoli! 2 - Geography and pin poking - This is a Montessori activity that I didn't know anything about until his experience. My son completed a map of each continent, opening the door to talking about those areas of the world and what they do there, eat there, sing there, etc. We still have these maps up in our home and use them as a reference when talking about areas of the world. 3 - Reading and singing - Scott coming and playing Rudi music on Wednesdays was a highlight for my son. When he started there, my son wasn't sure about himself or going to school and Scott's music brought out my son's personality and helped give him confidence and joy for singing and learning all the new words, sounds and days that came with those songs. He really started his love of reading here, too, which I appreciate as an avid reader. 4 - Behavior growth - My son really thrived in a time where learning those social skills, learning how to manage your emotions, learning appropriate responses to others in those situations, etc. because of the guidance at this school. I very much recommend this school as a solid choice for helping your young child get started on the right foot for their education.

They are so loving and caring for these little babies. My daughter has since moved up two classrooms but every morning we walk by and my daughter wants to stop and say hi to Linda & Iman. We both adore them. Her next class she was in with Carmen and Makayla and unfortunately it was only for a few months because my daughter adored these teachers as well. Especially Carmen! In the mornings, my daughter would go straight to Carmen and turn around and waive me. Goodbye. Although that made me sad it also made me so happy knowing she loved being at school. These teachers were so interactive with their kids and really had fun with them. We just moved up to our third room and I can't review yet on those teachers but I have no doubts I'd give them 5 stars too. I will admit when we joined earlier this year the place was a bit chaos, but since they've gotten a new Director and it has been an entirely different experience. The teachers have remained the same and the communication is way better. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone needing care for their kids.

Kiddie Academy was one of our top choices when we got on 4 waitlists in October 2022 (8 months in advance of our daughter's due date). We ended up needing to move up our start date by 3 weeks due to our daughter's early arrival. All of our waitlist placements fell through and we were in a total panic. Erica at Kiddie Academy got us in when we called in June 2023, and we are so happy with the care provided for our baby. Lynda and Iman are amazing with all of the infants. They are absolutely wonderful caregivers and we could not be happier with them. I trust them when I drop off my now 4 month old. I can peek into the classroom using the webcam service and if the teachers aren't feeding or changing an infant, and the infant isn't napping, they are playing or cuddling with each one! I second the other reviewer who states the new administrators are doing a great job. I know staffing/turnover is an issue across the industry and I hope Kiddie Academy can do whatever it takes to retain their caregivers.

What can we say about IMS? There are almost too many wonderful things to mention in one review!…read more Miss Ranee has such a passion for teaching children. She is patient, calm and direct. She expects the children to excel, and she helps give them the confidence to rise to the occasion. All of the teachers are quick to identify student's strengths and areas for growth and have consistently communicated his learning plan to us via daily notes and parent teacher conferences. My son was recognizing his letters when he first started Kindergarten, and is now able to read level one chapter books at the end of the year. His verbal and written communication have improved exponentially as well, and despite his naturally shy demeanor, he is now confidently reciting poetry in front of classmates and parents. The curriculum is top notch as well and we love the diversity of subjects that the school teaches. The school staff is also fabulous. Miss Erica in the front office is always there to help with anything the parents or children need during the day. I always felt confident sending my child to school each day. I can't recommend IMS enough!
