The providers administering and assisting with my treatments were competent and always concerned about my comfort during the treatments. He explains himself well and doesn't want you to leave with any unanswered questions. He's not just a prescriber who treats symptoms. The one thing that could change for me is the fact that they don't need to check my insurance card every time I walk through the doors even when it's the very next day but I do understand why this is their practice and won't count it against them. The wait is shorter than an other doctor office I have been to however I still believe that could be shortened. I see Dr. Mitchell and he's great. He is a non-joking, straight to the point doctor which is what I want. I also don't care for a doctor that is just going to hold a conversation so I feel comfortable around him. He's my doctor and I don't need to know his family issues or dealings, I want to know about my health and let's move on to the next thing.
