They have a primary care physician assigned - Dr. Sexter - but they have at some point or another been seen by all of their physicians. Every one of them are great: kind, compassionate, attentive, and responsive. You will feel heard and they will address your concerns. Their knowledge and expertise is extraordinary. The office - staff and doctors - are also super responsive. If you have a pressing question, someone will get back to you that day. If it's an after hours emergency, there is always a doctor on call and they will respond within 30 minutes. The doctors hold daily office hours but it can be tricky to get a hold of them if they're experiencing a volume of calls. An extra perk I like is that they keep appointments available daily for those common but unplanned for illnesses, and they have a separate waiting room for sick vs not sick. It just runs so well you wonder why more doctors' offices don't do the same. Now of course, the one downside is they are out of network. It's not cheap. I think it's worth it if you can, but financially it can hurt if your kids have a lot of illnesses or shots in a limited period of time. They do at least submit the insurance forms for you, and that helps some. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and all the doctors in it, and have a deep appreciation for how Dr. Sexter and Nurse Jennifer have taken care of our girls.

She has been my 2 year olds doctor for the past 2 years and we are continually impressed. The office is fantastic , clean , inviting , separate infant space. The front desk staff always try to accommodate you same day and we've never had an issue getting an appointment. Dr Long is caring , warm , and so knowledgeable. He took great care of my daughter in her first two years of life. She always finds something entertaining in the waiting area, whether it was the TV or the giant fish tank. My 2 year old is highly afraid of Shots AND doctors, but Dr. Lamson was able to entertain the little guy enough where he allowed him to pull his pant leg up so that he could administer the vaccine on his thigh, he cried a bit, but after that, he wanted Dr. Lamson to play with him. My 4 year old, on the other hand, loved how Dr. Lamson installed a video game system in the waiting lobby and he also enjoyed the decorations that were put up in the patient room. He asked me if he could come here for his future wellness visits and we just might schedule both of their wellness visits here and just leave emergency and sick visits for our local pediatrics!

And we are so blessed to have found her, she is an amazing doctor she takes her time, answers all questions and makes us feel welcome every time we have an appointment. I also love the way the office is set up and it is so convenient that she is the only doctor that works in the building so the wait time for being seen is very quick. The physical site is gorgeous, parking is nearby (not free though) and it's metro accessible. It's clean, the staff are friendly and professional and they have an in-house lab which saves a trip to Lab Corp. Additionally, they now offer mental health services which is a nice bonus. If you need a prescription called in to your local pharmacy, you can request via their app or website. If you have a non-urgent issue and need advice, you can message a nurse or doctor for help. If you have an urgent (non-emergency) issue, you can usually get an appointment relatively quickly; scheduling through the app is very easy. The user interface is easy to navigate. Also, the staff don't try to "upsell" you in any way or pressure you to get an unnecessary vaccine or test. In closing, I highly recommend OneMedical. It's worth the annual fee (which isn't that pricey IMHO). There are locations throughout the country - and the network of providers at every location is superb.
