And I can't speak for every day, but the day my friend and I visited, there was an English speaking person there who made ordering for me a breeze. Even the staff who didn't speak English was friendly, helpful and patient. Food was made and served fresh and quick. Here's where I'd be telling you to go see my pics but I guess I didn't post them on Yelp. You'd have to go to my other social media site to find them. Now we've found a GREAT, authentic pizza, and it's on our side of town! It turns out this place has earned its chops. The proprietors are "pizzaioli napolitanos." They understand the beauty and simplicity of a properly made pizza. They understand the dough, from its recipe to its execution. They understand that you don't need to offer hundreds of varieties of pizza, when a dozen or so, well-made, will satisfy. Their menu features Neapolitan pizzas, calzones, lasagna and salads. We opted for the Quattro Stagioni (four seasons) pizza, featuring a spicy salami, sweet ham, artichoke hearts and mushrooms with mozzarella, basil and a tomato sauce worthy of its Neapolitan heritage. The thin crust had the perfect amount of burn marks, courtesy of their wood-fired oven. Our Caprese Salad of tomato slices interspersed with mozzarella, fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil was spot-on.
