Frank had a busy schedule yet he was able to fit us in and worked 12 hour days this Summer to complete the whole job in a week. He did a great job communicating with my wife and I about the layout of our irrigation system. He also addressed our concerns about the rocky soil we were dealing with. He took extra time to listen to us and went out of his way to address our concerns. You can see the contrast from the photos how nice of a job Frank pulled off for us. Once the irrigation system was installed Frank took a great deal of time to explain how it worked and how to best set it up for the year. He also came by to winterize our system just recently! Another thing to consider is that many landscaping companies also provide irrigation as one of their services. However, you want to pay attention to the quality of their work and components. Frank, in contrast, specializes in irrigation and has a deep knowledge base behind what he does. He also demonstrated to us his commitment to providing a very high level of quality in his finished work. They are extremely reasonable in price (we pay about $90 for .75 of an acre for maintenance) and they charge about $90 hourly, for two people to mow on average. He is really personable, and came out to our house to evaluate what the cost would be, and even educated us on different plants and trees on our property, pointing out a rose bush that had been hidden among blackberries. He was able to take down some pretty significant blackberry that had accumulated on our property, and also did a beautiful job of landscaping near the rose bushes we planted and supplied the mulch and also weeded the garden. He sometimes only has a push mower and my husband and I are amazed at his work ethic and also attitude and prices. I highly recommend for anyone in the Lake Stevens or Snohomish area.
