It came back stating that 5 Star Backflow was the BEST of the 40 approved companies! I then called Josh, the owner of 5 Star Backflow, and he and his team worked around the clock to help me because I was up against a deadline. His communication with us was spectacular and thanks to him our water did not get cut off. We even had a complication with the backflow valve being broken, but he got it taken care of and he went way above and beyond to help us. I called them to make sure the rates were accurate, and to get an idea of when they would do the test.
