There was a substantial crack in the neck which may have occured because they didn't loosen the strings for shipping. I called them and requested a 50% discount ($75) because I didn't want to deal with having to ship it back. They refused and the person became condescending and told me to have a "blessed day". The boxes were literally more informative. I ended up looking up videos on youtube right in front of him. I asked if he found any information as he too had his face in his phone... he complained about the bad wi-fi. So sad... This isn't the guitar center I remember. The employees are zombies and the mini signs with employee faces and their "preferred pronouns" is a joke. It's even sadder that yelp with will probably remove this because I pointed out this foolishness. Lazy. So lazy. I'm was looking to spend thousands.
