Called and set up appointment for full detail of vehicle. Struggled to find the location. Arrived and found all doors closed. Called the Spa and talked to a person inside, was told to wait a minute. Then he just hung up. 10 minutes later guy calls me back and tells me the employee stepped out but is just getting off the interstate and would be there in a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later still no one. Obviously I left. I can't comment on the cleaning but would not give them a shot after this terrible customer experience. This can't be the same place that everyone gave great reviews to. read more

Just drove cross country with my husband and dog moving from Denver, CO to Nashville, TN. Had a car cover for the dog but wanted to get it cleaned anyway because we have a nice/newer car. My husband took the car in and it came back looking nice, but opened the trunk and nothing had been vacuumed out in the back. A bit frustrating for $45 plus tip. Still not sure if I'm more frustrated with my husband or the business ;). May return again in a couple weeks for a handwash and update at that time. read more

Oh my goodness this is a hidden gem! I wish I had taken before pictures so you could appreciate the amazing job they did. The owners are super nice and responded to my inquiry right away. It's a new business so there isn't a ton of frills when it comes to a waiting area, but that didn't matter one bit to me. It won't for you either when you see their work and only pay around $35!! I had so much dirt in the sides of the car door/seats that I could never get out, but now my car looks brand new. I highly recommend you take your car to Gulch Auto Spa! read more

I have previously had great experiences with this group (when they were located near Adele's), but was so disappointed in their professionalism yesterday. I messaged on Wednesday to try to set up an appointment for Friday or Saturday. Saturday became the plan, and Shannon said an arrival at 10 am would result in good service since it is first come, first serve on Saturdays. I arrived at new location off Music Row around 12:30 pm Saturday. Indeed the location felt sketchy with a van of cleaning supplies, a guy named Joey, and two cars he was already working on. Joey said he could get to my car after those two, in 1.5 hours, and the shampoo/clean would take 2 hours. I clarified to be sure he could fit me in, he said he absolutely could and he'd call when it was ready. He called at 3:15 pm to say he had not started and it would be two more hours for my vehicle. When I arrived at 5:15 pm he still had not started on my vehicle.I noticed there was a car I had not seen before also parked in the lot that seemed to be clean. I asked if he had just put people in front of me. He said he did not. He said there was some instruction from his boss that kept him from working on my car. I asked for my keys and left. Whatever the reason, this style of communication and lack of honesty is not acceptable. I encourage other customers to look elsewhere. read more
