I was not happy, so I said it again. No need to thank me, I am just doing my job. Idiot, you are in customer service; it is your job to acknowledge praise. So I get upstairs and lo and behold, no one is there. Push the button for help. After three pushes, I decided to call them and ask for service upstairs. Oh, you are upstairs? We will send someone up. Someone had a lame excuse about how busy they were. Too busy to take my half a grand for membership? They are, to my knowledge, the closest range to me where I don't have to drive for a half hour. I am waiting for the day another range opens, and I can leave these boors behind.
