For all you first timers, this office is located inside the big building that has the big sign Texas Bank. I thought I was in the wrong place and called in to verify if GPS took me to the right one. GPS was right and they're on the 2nd floor, right past the pediatric office. I got a call the day before from their office personnel explaining my benefits (how much insurance is paying and how much is my out-of-pocket). I was scheduled for a later time in the afternoon, but since they have an opening at 11 am, the nice lady asked if I would like to take the 11 am spot. Of course, i gladly took it. It didn't take long after I filled out the forms to being ushered inside. The dental assistant, Jodi took very good care of me. She has a cheerful personality that made me feel at ease. They took them off and then notified that she would need a root canal. It took them two weeks for them to give her her final retainer. By that time, the bottom teeth had completely shifted but they insisted that the retainer would push them back into place. They did not. Now, 5 years later, we are going to have to have braces AGAIN or get Invisalign. Pay attention to the low rated reviews. There is a reason for them. They are cheap and you definitely get what you pay for.
