I am currently feeling scammed and mislead by this establishment…read more I came for two services that amounted to around $2,200: Mouth guard and fitting: $867 Botox for TMJ - procedure: $650; Botox supply: $600; a total of $1,250. After receiving treatment I moved to Austin. This presented limitations to receive solutions for their poor quality of service and products. The mouth guard process was absolutely excruciating in timeliness and pain. The tech (who clearly had no idea what she was doing) administered a total of 7 failed molds. After the final and "successful" mold my mouth was raw and bleeding from the clumsy and ill-trained worker. When I got the mouth guard, it barely fit and broke within a month. $867 dollars down the drain. When I signed the "treatment plan" I was led to believe by Munné that the $1,250 charge would account for future procedures for the Botox regarding my TMJ. I asked many different times if future Botox procedures would be included in the price. I asked two different techs and Munné herself and they all said that all future applications would be included in the price until my symptoms were relieved. I was scammed and mislead by this establishment and even with asking clear and concise questions, I was not given succinct facts to lead me to make the correct decision on a treatment plan that would suit me fiscally, pragmatically, and medically. Such a shame. At least I will know not to come back to this money hungry sales professional, I mean "DDS". I just got off phone the receptionist. On the call he was trying to coerce me to come in for another appointment to flush more money down the toilet. Get a grip and do better. Look at the pictures I've attached to prove the toxic work and environment that Munné promotes in her establishment. How terrifying.

They always make me feel welcome & extremely comfortable and they take really good care of my dental needs. Dr. Tam- I adore her. She's very professional, thorough & trendy. I love her style! She has a gentle, relaxed and very caring bedside manner. Nathalie is wonderful, she's always friendly and informative, she explains the insurance/ financial part clearly for me to understand. She works with me on scheduling my appointments. Julia is amazing, she's very knowledgeable, informative, efficient & considerate. She seems to really love what she does. I recently had my upper wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nguyen. He was also great. I was a little nervous about the procedure. Dr. Nguyen was professional, knowledgeable, patient & friendly. They don't pacify you with video games & magazines while you wait forever. They got me in & out during my lunch break when I went in for a cleaning. Then, not even a week later, I had to go back because my dog decided to turn my brux guard into a chew toy. I guess I should just be glad she didn't choke... but ugh, I paid 600 bucks for that thing (at my last dentist) since my insurance company wouldn't cover it. I explained my need to come in to Karen, the receptionist. Not only did she fit me in THAT day, but she also called my insurance company & found a bite plate they *would* partially cover. So, instead of paying another $500 out of pocket for a new plate, the new one cost me $167 because it's made from a different material. I'm so glad she looked into that for me. I went in last Wednesday to have a new impressions made. Today (Monday) I got a call to tell me the new brux guard is ready - yes, already! I went at lunch to pick it up the same day. That was so fast & painless. I wish all dentists were like this because making appointment months in advance is a complete joke in my world. They might not keep a massage therapist or have huge plasma tvs at every chair, but why should they? They get you in & out before you have a chance to wait. I love my dentist and her staff!

She was very nice and explained that the filling needed to replaced. This was the 3rd time it had to be done so I was furious and very nervous when I went it to get it done. Everyone there is really friendly, which definitely calms the nerves. When I got in the chair they asked if I wanted to listen to headphones with whatever Pandora station I wanted to drown out the sound of the drill. Um yes, please!!! I'll be back! Mind you i have visible tattoo's, yet im a practicing professional engineer in the state of texas with a BS in civil engineering. She came in, cleaned my teeth, and then dismissed me. I told the dental assistant that I had not received an exam yet, and I overheard the dentist telling the assistant that she looked at my teeth and everything was fine. There was no discussion with me about the two crowns I have in my mouth. she asked me, "do you have any questions or concerns?" I said no, and that was the extent of her "exam" and our conversation. She was rough in my mouth and I asked her to stop pulling on my lip with the small mirror. She said, " if you had relaxed your lip, like I told you to, this wouldn't be painful." I said I didn't hear her instruction and she didn't seem to care. The light at the chair didn't work. Needless to say, immediately upon returning home, I found a different dentist and booked my next dental appointment with that facility. It is disappointing that the standard of care provided by Dr. Brown is not followed by the other members of her practice.
