They were extremely thorough with my cleaning, and talked to me in-depth about the condition of my teeth based on various x-rays and photos: what I'm doing right, what I could improve upon, what I might be at risk for, and more. The dentist also talked me through what to look for when buying toothpaste and mouthwash, and provided scientific explanations for which products work best. The new patient/scheduling process is very smooth, as well. I simply filled out the new patient form online, got an email the next day from the office to schedule my appointment (which worked great for me, since I often can't take phone calls during the day), and was ready to go. Overall, I'm very impressed with the organization of the office and the kindness and consideration of each individual I interacted with! Definitely recommend.

The office is very nice. The people are very kind and everything was very professional. But I have to give special thanks to Dr. Shinta. He did everything to make the experience as pain-free as possible and was very patient about every step. The corrective work (cavities etc) was top-notch but the cosmetic work is out of this world. You CANNOT tell she's had such extensive work. You can't tell she's had ANY work. It looks completely natural. It is a work of art. I've waited a couple of years to put in a review because I wanted to watch how it held up given what time did to previous work by the other dental office. They're located off the Katy Freeway near IKEA, on the south side between Wirt and Antoine. The office shares a parking lot with Memorial Tacos, a dry cleaner, and some boutique shops. The parking lot is spacious, so parking is never an issue. Inside, everything is spotless and modern. The front desk staff are always kind, competent, and welcoming. Their hygienists are amazing -- especially Shauna, who is both personable and incredibly skilled. And both Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen are outstanding. They're highly competent, never push unnecessary services, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I've been coming here for years, and they've redone a few old fillings from decades ago with excellent results. I always leave feeling confident in their work -- and with a nice little goody bag! The advice they've given me over the years has actually worked, and my dental health is better because of it. I ended up contacting Swish (Montrose) and my call was not only answered swiftly but also in a very cheerful, friendly, and professional manner.
