So a bedroom set that I ordered in May will now hopefully but probably not delivered in SEPTEMBER! Seriously, what business operates like this! So first, my 5K brand new bedroom set was delayed from delivery for three weeks because the box springs to my iComfort mattress was on back order. Ok. Then, when they finally do come for delivery, they only have the box springs, the mattress, the slats, and the entertainment chest. I call them to find out where the rest of my bedroom set is, once again the rest of my bedroom set is on back order. Two more weeks go by, they come for delivery! Guess what?! The have the dresser, but no mirror, the headboard and the footboard, but none of the support legs to actually assemble the bed without it being broken once layed upon, and they don't have both end tables?!?!?! This is getting comical at this point. I'm about ready to have them come pick up the half they took over a month to deliver! Part Two: Ezekiel at the front desk had us do a reselect and is picking up the damaged set and were replying it with a better set. We'll see if this turns out to be a more positive experience now.

They showed up early but without all of the necessary parts to do the installation. They wouldn't go down the road to get the missing parts from Best Buy (about 1 mile away) so I drove to the store. The delivery people agreed to wait for me to return to complete the installation. They left after I pulled away and would not return that day. Despite this being escalated, no one could do anything and Best Buy in Citrus Park was less than helpful. Rather than wait another 3 days for the appliances to be delivered, we went to Lowe's and had a new set delivered Sunday morning. We tried returned our non-delivered appliances on Sunday but were told they could not verify they were not delivered. Nice. So I had to wait until Monday to complete the return and get our money back. On Tuesday afternoon, Pacific Kitchen delivery guys showed up at our house without any warning to deliver and install the appliances that we already returned. I strongly recommend avoiding Pacific Kitchen & Home in Best Buy unless you don't mind 1) running errands for them to get missing parts, 2) have no urgent need for your appliances, and 3) enjoy being treated like "it's your problem, not ours." On a positive note, the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything went downhill after that.

Installers told me the attachments were not needed. I brought them back to the store. But since I missed the 14-day return window, they refused to give me a refund or even a store credit. I called the corporate number. Was told that was store policy. Well, here's my policy: If that's how you treat a customer after a $2,000 purchase I will never set foot in a Best Buy again.

He was friendly and knowledgeable explaining all the new functions compared to the older pump that was replaced. Up to this point my experience was 5 stars. as a result of this tablet not working I told him I would go into the store and pay the $99 installation charge. Upon arrival I provide my name and phone number to the General Manager, who quickly brings up my bill. This is when the 5 stars dropped to 2 because he wanted to charge $222.00! He told me the $99 dollar special did not include the $78 parts (2 1.5 90 degree elbows and maybe 2 foot of PVC, I provided the two elbows to save him a trip) and a $45 trip charge. After this it got heated, I explained to him that everyone from the associate who sold me the pump, the scheduling agent, and even the installation guy, $99. The general manager listened to my frustration and then honored what I was told. The take away message, confirm and print out everything before you finish the transaction. In closing, I used them 8 years ago and had a wonderful experience. This current issue has tarnished my opinion and will avoid using them in the future.- Jason
