The guy working when I came in was very nice and welcoming! I do think there are several updates that could really elevate this place because it has a lot of potential. First, the website could use a refresh. It would be great if it were more minimalistic, simple, and user-friendly. The online ordering system should allow customers to order directly through the website without having to download an app. Also, the phone number listed for calling the restaurant appears to be incorrect, and it's a bit confusing to have a phone number in the Instagram bio for online orders. The menu could also be more comprehensive. I specifically went for the protein waffle (50g protein!) because it looks amazing on Instagram, but I couldn't find it easily on the online menu. That felt surprising since it seems like such a standout item. All other menu items had macro content listed except this extremely good protein waffle macro content? It should absolutely be highlighted! It would also help to clearly state that it comes with sugar-free syrup and to list all available toppings directly on the menu and get it's own food section. I ordered the build-your-own protein waffle and a salted caramel Oreo protein shake. The waffle was definitely the star -- it looked great and came in a cute to-go box. The shake, however, wasn't as visually appealing because of the smiley face lid or as good as the waffle. Interestingly, the shakes are much more highlighted on the menu, but in my opinion, the waffle deserves to be front and center. From a branding perspective, I think the space could benefit from a softer, more feminine, health-focused aesthetic rather than a sports/bodybuilder vibe trying to sell protein powder. Think healthy sporty and cute. When I was there, it was mostly women coming in, so tailoring the branding to that audience could really strengthen the business. The Instagram could also be updated with higher-quality, professional-looking food and drink photos instead of customer and employee photos that don't showcase the products as well. Since Instagram is such a big driver for food spots, strong visuals would make a big difference. I liked the tables, greenery, signage, and mirror -- those elements felt clean and inviting. However, the photo canvases on the walls advertising deals looked a bit tacky. Also, the boba-style breakaway lids with smiley faces felt unnecessary -- clear or solid-colored lids would look more polished. Overall, this store has a lot of potential with a few thoughtful updates. I'd definitely come back for the waffle! read more

Not sure about all of the bad reviews. They almost prevented me from coming and I'm so glad I did. No one tried to sell me anything and I'm the perfect candidate because I gained a TON of weight with pregnancy. The girl explained everything and I even told her I wanted something healthy without caffeine because I just had a baby and wanted to make healthy choices. She explained all the drinks. I got the peanut butter oatmeal shake and it was delicious!!! No one tried to sell me anything, just a delicious healthy shake. Plus I got a discount for being a Burn member. Next time I want a treat, I'll stop here!!! I really want to try the tea bomb which has caffeine because they look so pretty. read more

Pretty much everywhere I go. I have to find the nearest Herbalife shop as I am addicted to their teas I love that this location is open seven days a week and everyone has been super friendly and helpful every time I've ever been in. Flavors and prices are on par with all of the other shops that I've been to which I appreciate as far as consistency goes, and they help me stay getting my fix in the Naples area! I rarely make reviews but this place deserves it. The staff was very friendly! I just moved to Florida last week and felt extremely welcomed here which meant a lot to me. The pricing is fair for what you get! $9 for an aloe shot, tea, and protein shake. The variety of protein shakes they have here is insane. I got the birthday cake one and would recommend it, but will be back soon to try new flavors. They also have a seasonal menu that sounded great too and the fact that there's only 250 calories or less and 24g of protein in there makes it all the better. If you don't want a very sweet shake, they also have fruity ones or coffee ones. There's really something here for everyone! read more

I have been so eager to try this place after seeing it all over Instagram! My friend and I each got the Hawaiian tea bombs with mint cookie protein shakes, and loved them! I was very pleased to find out they only use plant based protein and that everything was low calorie, making it a great option for anyone, especially those with dietary restrictions. The menu could be a little overwhelming due to the many options, but those who were working were so welcoming and happy to explain everything to us. This teas are so good and I've always had such a lovely experience whenever I have gone.

Hm. Conflicted is how I felt and then confused. Their saving grace is the location was cute and clean and the shakes didn't necessarily taste bad. Did have some chalky texture which once you realize it's not milk that's what you get. It's downright confusing how the concept was presented to us. I couldn't tell if I was getting one drink or three or why. Like, why? I wanted a smoothie and walked out with way too much. Another customer came in and said the same thing and ultimately left (didn't approve of Herbalife either) and was like "I just wanted a smoothie". It doesn't help that the young guy that day didn't really explain the concept. Just said fill this out and you'll get 3 drinks. Then right at the end was like but you dont need to get all 3. Ok, cool but now I've ordered all 3 when I just wanted a drink. Not sure why they didn't just make a big menu of the 3 things they offer and not some paper menu you fill out? I consider myself to be a pretty intelligent person but we all have our moments...today I had my moment when I decided to visit this place for lunch. I have been following them on Instagram for a while and the photos of the shakes and teas all looked amazing so I wanted to try one for myself. I walked in and thought I was in Home Goods with all of the 'live laugh love' Karen-esque decor on the wall. I stood at the counter and began to look over the laminated shake menu in front of me which is very overwhelming because it listed at least 50 different flavor combinations. I was ready to order when the girl working handed me a slip of paper and informed me that I would be receiving a complimentary iced tea and a shot of 'aloe'. Alrighty then. I became even more confused by the description of the 'tea bombs' and just went with an unsweetened lemon tea. When she was making my shake I went into the bathroom and read the Yelp reviews...I had been fooled!! This place is an Herbalife MLM pyramid scheme disguised as a healthy shake shop! As you can imagine I felt very dumb having been fooled like this. I got out of the bathroom and was presented with my tea and a "shot" of aloe. I didn't know what to do with it so I poured it into the tea and then the employee informed me that it would "help me absorb the nutrients" in the shake. Suuuure. Anyways I paid the steep price of $9 for my shake and left before I got recruited to become an Herbalife consultant. I tried the shake and it wasn't anything special. I could have made this at home with my own protein powder. The tea and aloe were gross as well. I didn't finish either of them. I am just in awe that this place exists. If you care about the local economy and love to support small businesses please go elsewhere! There are tons of great places around here serving up smoothies/juice and other healthy drinks. read more

I had gone here due to a recommendation from a friend and wasn't really sure what to expect. When I went there all I got was overpriced drinks only good for an instagram picture. The teas are too sugary and the smoothies are chalky. Also just found out they owner sexually assaulted one of their workers and denied it. Overall not a great place to spend your money. Instead visit a smoothie/juice place that uses all natural ingredients, there are a ton in the area. read more

From the moment I walked into Gulf Coast Nutrition, I was so excited to see what all they offered because I was looking for a healthy "milkshake" to replace my want for food. The inside is super chic cute fun and clean. The ladies behind the counter were warm friendly and very knowledgable of their products and why one would want to use their products for the best results for your health. I was offered a free shot of Aloe Vera and explained the benefits. I ordered a chocolate dirt shake and it had gummy worms on top, it was beautiful fun and delicious. I also was given a tea to drink after the shake that I took to go. This is the perfect place to stop before or after the gym or for me a better alternative to a meal when I do not need or want to eat a meal.
