Haven't eaten at one of these since we moved away from Florida years ago. Menu is very similar to years ago and overall still high quality. My wife and I both got wrap sandwiches and they were hot and obviously made fresh. Location was very spacious and clean. Service was quick and friendly. If I can give this place a zero star, I totally would. I only ordered one smoothie to go, and there's another guy who's waiting for his smoothie. I was standing there waiting, and there're 3 people working in the kitchen area, but none of them are actually working. They're just standing there chatting , while me and few other people just standing there waiting for nothing. Finally, the guy at the register asked if they can start on the smoothies since the guy before me inquired about his. 10 mins in, they finally started on the smoothie. Never have a been to a tropical smoothie location where I have to wait that long just for them to finish their own conversation, so that they can actually start making your orders. Will never come back to this location again. I would not recommend anyone to come here, unless you have 30 mins to waste to wait on a sandwich/ smoothie. read more

I love TSC, but this location is horrendous. I've never had such low quality service except for at McDonald's or checkers maybe. It is run by a bunch of teenagers who do not give a f***. They never answer the phone (called multiple times in different hours of the day) and when I walk in they take about 5 minutes to come to the front register and are in the back playing on their phones (had this happen every time so far). The food also sucks at this location. I ordered the same thing every day at another location (avocado grilled cheese) and it's always the same, except here. They are lazy and put no effort into making a sandwich. This location needs to be reviewed and have different management and staff or at least a competent manager ON STAFF, unless these teens/ younger kids are managing the store. I get my nails done nearby and on a whim I popped in to Tropical Smoothie Cafe next door. This was my first time there and the smoothie was delicious and the service was quick. I've been back several times and have tried something different each time. All good! I'll try a sandwich wrap next time. read more

Overall my experience was good. They were quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The only disappointment I had was the amount of chicken on my sandwich. Less than one ounce of very thinly sliced Chicken barely covers half the sandwich! That sucks for a sandwich that costs $6! We walked in at 8:30 and 3 of us went to order a wrap and smoothie and lady at register stated they don't make food after 8:30 to us and another 2 people in front of us! Why even be open till 9 if you don't serve anything.. 5 people walking out of your business is not a smart business choice when you still are open for 30 mins. Should of been more worried about customers instead of trying to make sure you don't work a minute past 9pm. Despite there being 3 members of staff who saw I was waiting for my order to be taken (they all even looked me in the eyes multiple times) none seemed in any rush to acknowledge I was there nor take my order. It took so long I even thought about simply leaving and getting my lunch somewhere else. Eventually a young man walked up to the counter and said no words to me simply stared at me. I've always loved eating at tropical smoothie but the past two times I've ordered the chicken bacon flatbread I got food poisoning.

Horrible service. I have ordered curbside twice now and both times they have let my food get cold and drink melt inside. I waited 15 minutes past my time and still had to go in. (I have a small baby and would like to avoid taking him in) I also tried calling ti have a member bring my items out and their phone was disconnected/ went to voicemail each time. I have also tried Uber eat delivery - and the quesadilla was wrapped in paper and completely stuck in the quesadilla because of the cheese. Have no problems with the company as a whole but this location recently hired new staff that gets their amusement out of intentionally messing up orders wasting customers time and costing their employer money. The managers are helpful but the staff has free reign to do what they like. It was previously the most quick and convenient place to go everyday but ill now drive 10 mins out of the way and take my business elsewhere. Hopefully the new manager/owner starts losing enough money that they can be replaced by someone competent and this can become a convenient location again. read more

My last 4 orders all have been missing something. The cost has been about 30 dollars. I have them the benefit of the doubt. Was told they were going to refund the last order which more than half was missing. I have yet to have that happen. After a long flight to Fort Myers to head to my parent's house for the holidays I was really craving fruit or something not airport-related. A quick Yelp search brought up Tropical Smoothie Cafe and so we headed that direction. It was a bit tricky to find, not because the map though, just because the shopping center is a little convoluted. It's in the back corner area next to a hair salon if you're also looking. The smoothie selection is great. They have everything from light fruit-only offerings to more decadent choices like peanut butter, chocolate, and bananas and they all come in about 22 ounce sizes. The service here is super friendly and fast - we were in and out in no time which was even better considering that we had just gotten off a plane. In fact my parents liked it so much I think that I might have made this shop some regulars for the future. read more

I'm just disappointed. My boyfriend, David, got a buffalo chicken wrap and two smoothies today. The smoothies were delicious as always. Unfortunately, when he bit into his burrito he instantly gagged and said "uh that's disgusting." I was surprised because I've always enjoyed the Baja chicken bowl. There was way too much buffalo sauce.. it was absolutely drenched. There was barely any chicken and the chicken had no sauce on it. The copious amount of sauce laid upon a tiny pile of vegetables at the bottoms of the wrap. You pay $8 for a wrap and expect something at least somewhat close to what they put in the picture. We've gotten smoothies from here for a few years now and will continue to get smoothies, but we will never try food again. read more

The last several times we've gone in for a quick bite to go there was a really bad smell - like a combination of garbage and Fabuloso - super gross. And there wasn't anything quick about the visit. There was only 1 person in line in-front of me and I waited 20 min for my smoothie. I was also told they were completely out of the chips we wanted and then watched several orders after ours get the chips we requested. There's definitely some opportunity at this location. read more

This place was the worst experience I've had ever at a tropical smoothie. The bathroom: disgusting. There was toilet paper hanging from the ceiling and the floor was covered in trash. My food had a black hair in it and when I asked for new food I noticed that not one member of their team was wearing a hair net. They put chicken in my other friends order and she ordered her meal without chicken. When we both asked for our meals to be sent back the staff members rolled their eyes at us in plain sight. The customer service was terrible. The employee kept saying, "Is that it?" after each thing I ordered even though I told him I was ordering for 3 people. He was restless and appeared irritated so I asked him if he was ok. He said yeah but went on to tell me how he was busy, there were only 3 people working and he had orders to complete ahead of mine! When I told him no that wasn't it, he literally asked me WHAT DO YOU WANT??? I quickly told him that I wanted him to cancel my order because I refuse to spend my money where I am being mistreated. I saw him interact with other customers and he had time to take their order. He had no time for me and I have been to Tropical Smoothie many times and am familiar with the menu. Regardless as to how busy a business is, no one should be treated this way. Perhaps this is how they choose who they are willing to serve. My previous review was not posted.
