On our quiet day, we ordered a vegan wrap and a couple of different smoothies. The smoothie recipes are pretty good but sweet. I prefer unflavored vegan protein powder, but all they had was vanilla whey. No vegan protein powder options either. We enjoyed our wrap and the smoothie was pretty good. First time here. Honestly didn't realize they had food as well. Got the fajita wrap for lunch. Steak, chicken, cheese and veggies. Not impressed. Co-worker had the buffalo chicken wrap and loved it. Even had him try mine and he agreed. Guess it's hit or miss. Food took an egregiously long time to get. Once I received my sandwich, sat and ate, the customer behind me had still not received her sandwich. We're talking 15 minutes easy. The gentleman behind the counter just stood there as the cook got swamped. Probably not his fault but I'd suggest they get a helping hand for the lunch rush. I regret not trying a smoothie as I feel that's their strong point. Everything they served while I was waiting looked delicious. And while this establishment is a viable alternative to the other places in the food court, they have to improve on delivery times. Steak seemed like it was out of a bag. Chicken not much better. I wouldn't recommend here myself, but co-worker said his sandwich was delicious so perhaps I just ordered the wrong thing. Several people had recommended this place because of its healthy options and fresh food. I generally avoid health-food "hipster" type places because the consistency is so poorly executed. But.... The Boost is a different story.. wow, best wrap (happy quinoa and chicken) and juice (immune guy) I have ever had. Don't miss the green sauce with the wrap. This is just great food, fresh, and well prepared. Other small eateries should go there and take note of how it's done. I will be back, and I will tell anyone who will listen about this place. This place had the most disgusting food. My in-law, sister and I all decided to eat from there. My sister and in-law got the tuna wrap. I got the Bella salad. The chicken and tuna was so freaking dry you could almost break your teeth biting into it. The food lacked flavor. I was so embarrassed as it was my idea to eat from there instead of Bourbon St. Grill. If you like dried meats and tasteless food give this place a shot but you've been warned. Stay away. Today I had the worst experience in my life ever. I order a #7 smoothie costing a total of $6.09. I give the girl $20.10. She give me back $.01. I drop it in their tip jar with a handful change I had in my purse. I then look at her as she close her drawer and she stared at me. I said where is my change? She said I give it to you. My heart felt heavy I said no I give you a $20 . She said no you give me $10 , I said no i give you $20.10. She said no you give me $10 I said so where is my change then? She said I give it to you. I said you give me a $.01? She said yes and you put it in the tip jar. I said that not even right math? I said could I please speak to a manager she said I am the manager. At that point I knew she wasn't because the first day the store opened I met the son and mother who were very nice people. I started to beg her to count her drawer. She refused. I said please do you have a camera? She kept on saying stuff in Spanish. Finally I said please just give me back my money I don't want anything. She said no. I was looking for my phone because I was going to call the cops next. My experience ruin my day and also ruin my time there. If you don't speak Spanish stay away from this place because they have no customer care. I cannot believe I had to fight for change on my own money from a person who obviously couldn't do math.
