A lot of food for $20! Comes with a cappuccino in addition to a great variety of food items. Eggs were simple, not fluffy, but good. Italian bread had a perfect crunchy exterior and soft in the middle which went perfectly with the whipped cheese and red peppers. Fruit was fresh and good variety. Delicious salad that absolutely needed that mozzarella. Not sure if I should've used the Parmesan on the salad or with the bread but I enjoyed it on its own. Service was fine. We had outdoor seating which isn't the most ambient since it's in a shopping mall, but the interior looked fabulous. read more

We stopped by for brunch on a Sunday around noon. The place was busy but our short wait went by quickly. The staff was always very busy and friendly. The food was delicious and so fresh. The menu is diverse and full of dishes that sound delicious. The omelet was fluffy and fresh and very filling. It was nice to see a restaurant that offers such good food and good prices. read more

What a creative menu. Lots of European delights. As a first experience we wanted to try both ends of the spectrum. I had an omelette with smoked salmon, spinach and mozzarella. So fresh and tasty. Also, potato wedges and a fluffy croissant. Portions were perfect. Bob went the sweet route and wow what a chocolatey wonderland. He balanced his choice with scrambled eggs and ham on the side. Alba is a great gem! We came across Alba on the way to meet our realtor. Stopped in looking for a quick takeout, not aware they were not open until 8:00am however they were friendly and happy to accommodate us. The next morning we returned for breakfast (during normal hours). The food is excellent and we were pleasantly surprised to hear they are owned and operated by a family members. On a whim, we decided to try this spot for breakfast. The menu instantly reminded me of a European cafe with lots of different types of cuisine from Italian to French to Greek. When I asked our server what the history was of the restaurant, he shared that it's a family owned business. They're from Montenegro and the dishes are inspired by the various empires that have held power in the country through their history. Long story short, we were not disappointed! We ended up here on a whim and I'm so glad we did. All four of us loved our meal! My husband had the agosta Benedict, I had the classic Benedict, one child had the pancake & another the flatbread pizza. It was all so good. The English muffins are homemade as well as the hollandaise. It was so delicious. The potato cake was seasoned to perfection. The kids ate all of their meals, which is rare. Tucked in a corner in Coconut Point mall this is a cute breakfast place. The staff was friendly and efficient. Very clean and I like that there wasn't stuff all over the table. Good variety on the menu and you can do breakfast or lunch. Leaning more towards breakfast. Had omelette and a skillet. Both good. Portion size is appropriate not large. I like that they have croissant as a bread option. The fruit side was fresh. Had to ask for butter and jam. Not a biggie but they should ask if you want it so we don't have to ask. Will come again. First, the coffee is great and I love the carafe they leave at the table for extra pours. They complicate the french toast by adding custards, dry tiramisu crumbly biscuits (ladyfingers) that are NOT coffee soaked (they're, dry), gelato, etc. The potato hash is often warm to cold, and "steak," in the omelette is tough. This is a pic of their salmon and shrimp lunch special. The sauce was runny, sweet, and didn't compliment the dry fish. Zoom in. You can see how dry the "grilled" fish is, not to mention the potatoes. The dish was as unappetizing as it looks. To make matter worse, when I brought this to the attention of the waiter, including the price of this dish for what I was getting, he said I'd pay at least double or triple at other places. I was dumfounded by his response. I had high hopes for this local breakfast/lunch eatery but after several tries, I will not be going back. read more
