Very disappointing when you tell him how you want your sandwich and you don't get it that way. Beautiful place but they need to listen to the customer. I got a corned beef with one piece of cheese matter fact I don't even see the cheese so no I didn't get the cheese it supposed to have coleslaw thousand island dressing but they didn't have thousand island dressing so I got the house made dressing on rye bread. I pacifically said I do not want the bread toasted and I don't won't it heated up. Well it was heated up. I think they put sauerkraut cause it does not taste like coleslaw very disappointed when you pay $30 for something and you don't get it right. The last picture is what we call a corn beef special. I ask for coleslaw. That how I wonted my sandwich to be. No mustards and sure not heated up. So y'all made me what y'all wonted to make and not what I ask for and paid for.. This place reminds me of other small hidden gems in Naples that started small before absolutely blossoming once people caught onto how good they were. I go here almost once a week and have been slowly going through the menu between the food and juices. The owner is always in and she is so kind and personable. I stopped by for lunch today and it was amazing. I love the green goblin smoothie it's refreshing and you can taste the fresh ingredients. No added sugar. I also tried the vegetarian wrap and it was really delicious. It's packed with flavor and crunchy vegetables that didn't leave the wrap soggy. It's the best wrap I've ever had. I got a Naples Pier Bowl and a Kwench Smoothie. They have all the juices, bowls and smoothies that are both great tasting and good for you. Today was opening day and they were full of excitement for their first customers. This is just what the plaza needed. Such a great spot! There's another açaí bowl place I usually go to in town, but I decided to try Kwench because it is closer to home-- and I'm SO glad I did. Lovely customer service. I couldn't decide which bowl I wanted, so the employee working (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) gave me her recommendation and added extra fruit toppings so I could enjoy the variety. This place is terrible first of all because of the young girl in the front has a terrible attitude. She doesn't greet the moment you walk in and is super rude. Although the other staff members were satisfactory, the meal experience took a nosedive when our dishes were brought out individually, without any explanation. This led to confusion, resulting in unintended food swaps among us. Our order of juices raised eyebrows when one arrived in a shade that didn't match its ingredients (red). The response we received, from this young girl was "the juice I made before was red" blaming a previous batch, seemed like a lazy excuse without proper care for quality control. I don't think you just answer a customer like that. Maybe you should rinse the machine before making the other juice. Then everyone was finishing their food and we said we were missing one plate of food she said "oh we did make it" I said where is it? She said "it's somewhere" and starts looking it was sitting in the kitchen the whole time. The unfortunate presence of spoiled vegetables on a sandwich only added to the ordeal. Even simple requests like no cheese were blatantly disregarded. Of course the food came with cheese when we said it few times NO CHEESE. These seemingly minor issues culminated in a significant negative impact on our experience. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment, primarily due to the unwelcoming attitude of the young girl and the evident lack of organization. I made an effort to address the concerns with her before leaving, but she chose not to acknowledge or apologize for the mishaps. read more

So happy to have a new delicious smoothie/juice staple in Naples. My favorite smoothie here is the Evolution - extremely delicious and full of healthy ingredients. I've tried 6 of their juices as part of a cleanse package - and all of them were absolutely delicious. I purposely picked juices that have less fruit and more vegetables -- and I felt extremely refreshed after the cleanse. Some of the juices had pear as the 'sweetener' and it was so good! I'll definitely be adding many of their juices to my weekly diet! read more

First let me say that we drive from the Naples/Marco area to come here. The place is always clean and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. The owners are very engaging, helpful and super nice. We happened to see this place when coming out of Publix. Immediately after seeing the menu, I knew we would love it. All the ingredients they make the drink with are fresh. There is a huge variety of options. I usually can't find options that have more green and less sweet. I chose Golden Root. It was the right balance with the addition of pineapple. My husband had Green Machine with an add-in of protein. So fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and efficient. I look forward to coming back soon. read more

It is my favorite place that I look forward to eating at. The owners are the best! Sue custom makes me a different salad every single day.
