I have always had my payment sent direct pay from my bank , since we bought this place. Since we been here I believe it changes Management companies 3 times and my checks were sent to 2 different banks . The change was never made, by the bank and the old company never notified me. So Paula , understood my request and agreed it was no my fault and waved the late fee . However , your company still continues to send me a late fee bill . I emailed today to remind Paula I had spoken to her in July about this matter that seems to be ongoing . But has agreed to keep her word and wave any late fees that accrued . I couldn't for get her name , because I have a cousin in Italy with this same name . She should be commented by her excellence in Customer Service . A very pleasant demeanor. I too was in management for hospitality business both an airline and hotel industry . I can appreciate a patient and understanding employee , remember kindness goes away long way in the competitive world ! Appreciate a good employee , they are hard to come by .

Anytime I had an issue that needed to be taken care of, she was and cold and twice she failed to have a maintenance guy come to my apartment. She set up my time for move out, and when I came in with my keys, she told me that I would have to wait another day. When I asked her how long it would take to get my deposit back, me that IF I get my deposit back, it can take at least 30 days. She was snotty and disgusting. As far as the apartment goes, there was a roach issue. I also found fleas in my apartment, and when I contacted the office to let them know that the carpets needed to be cleaned, they completely I had to hire a professional carpet cleaning company. They either were from the previous tenants or From out in the grass. Constantly, the lawn service was neglected, most of the time the grasp being dry and crusty as they were not watering. I cannot count how many times the pool was shut down and we were not allowed to use it for days if not weeks on end.

Well add all that to the pile of lies this management tells people to get them to sign. I'm paying $60 for nail holes I could have just done myself and $270 for a new carpet. Renter beware! I was there one year and this was consistently my experience: The pet area was hardly ever manicured, so it gets infested with flees easily (they'll blame the dogs digging). The gates malfunction basically weekly so you're either trapped in/out or they're just left open. Same with the pedestrian gates. The water feature in the lake stopped working for months (was still broken when I left) so the water just sat there rotting and started to smell. People stopped picking up after their dogs in several areas and nothing was done about it. This past summer the pool was open regardless of several health and safety violations, so the FD showed up midday to shut it down (suspiciously opened like a day later). The amount of bugs I had in my apartment on the THIRD floor was puzzling. Forget 24 hours notice for entering your apartment, several (at least 3 I know of) tenants experienced maintenance men using their key and just walking into their homes while they were home! I was completely disappointed in every aspect of this apartment complex, and they couldn't even separate gracefully. I don't love being 'that person' to leave a negative review, but after I received my bill today (10/27/25) less than one month from move out from COLLECTIONS no less (they didn't even send an original to me?? I have perfect credit?? In this economy?! Plz.) I genuinely feel the need to protect people from this place. There are WAY better less expensive places than this establishment. Absolutely disappointed and happy to be out of there!

I had a house built by Windemere Homes and at first my wife and I were excited. We thought we had…read morechosen a good builder but boy were we deceived. The staff was great however the subcontractors that they use have poor workmanship. It started with a tub that didn't drain due to the framing being done wrong. They had to come and tear tile and framing apart to redo it all while we had already moved in. Come to find out once the tub was taken out that there was no support for the jetted tub that is made out of fiberglass, it was sitting 2 inches above the floor imagine it filled with water and the weight of a person the tub would of cracked. While they were applying the texture on the walls they did not cover the AC vents and all that texture got into the AC system. The tile guy has come to my house over five times to fix the grout on the the tile that wasn't properly applied to no avail. I have had hinges fall off doors, toilet bowls not properly set smelling unbearable. I also had impact windows installed and all of the covers and slide stops were discarded and when questioned I'm being the look of the window was told that was the way it comes. Upon calling the window manufacture and having them come out to inspect the windows it was revealed the missing parts. I must state though Windemeres office staff is pretty good, however it doesn't make a difference how good your office staff is if the subcontractors are doing substandard work. We have been in our home for a little over 7 months and noticing that Windemere uses the cheapest fixtures which you wouldn't be able to tell by their model homes. I'm also having other problems that I won't get into at this time due to trying to have them corrected.
