After a stray limb dinged my gutter pretty good (shit happens) the crew promptly replaced the entire piece running along a portion of the front of my home. I am satisfied and will use this company again when needed. Update 9/3/19: This crew replaced the damaged gutter by screwing a new gutter piece straight into the fascia board of my home... instead of using brackets to properly secure the gutter. Mitered cuts were not joined correctly and nothing was sealed at all. Morale of the story: don't let a tree service company repair your gutters. I won't be using this company again.

I recently had a great experience with a local tree service. That I planned on always using in the…read morefuture. But after an oak tree sized branch fell from my neighbor's pecan tree, she was much quicker on the ball than I was. She called Champion tree service and they were here within a couple of hours. Even though I had another reliable tree service company, I decided to simplify the process and use the same company that my neighbor was using. While I am still going through the process (they are in my yard removing the tree parts they cut up previously), they have been fantastic through the entire ordeal. They were willing to get this tree off of my deck where it fell THE DAY OF THE INCIDENT. I was blown away. Not only that, but they were willing to take multiple vantage point pictures for my insurance company. They talked through the whole thing and made me feel much more secure in my first time having to make an insurance claim for my home with a tree falling. Five stars so far... and I don't expect it to be any different based on my experience thus far.

It's hard these days to find someone when you have a dead tree issue to respond in a timely manner and they delivered quickly. The price was also very reasonable for removal of a large, tall tree in our backyard that was presenting danger near our fence and power line, and Ben even offered a discount to me several days after I received my quote. I was already sold, but after that, it was a done deal and I didn't even bother asking the other tree companies where we were requesting quotes. When it came for the day to do the job, Ben and one of his workers were finished within two hours! They cleaned up well. He was also very patient in waiting for me to meet and see the finished job and pay. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are in the Hoover area.
