Apparently they no longer make that sandwich. They made me a cheaper sandwich without agreeing that I deserved a partial refund. The fact that the sandwich is still offered online is the fault of incompetent executive management. What I find so appalling however, is that they thought it was perfectly acceptable to allow me to walk out with my fully paid order without telling me that the $15 sandwich was missing! Not usually a long wait... Remember you need your physical BJ's card to get the discount... and if you purchase items at BJ's with the gas tank sign, you save a little more. BJ's Mastercard holders will save a little more... Have a little patience when waiting and yes, in NY, you have to pump your own gas...

They tend to have pretty good gas prices, thus why along with location this is my preferred spot. They charge 10 cents more per gallon for credit. So it's best to stick with your debit card or cash! *I can't comment on the maintenance facility as I haven't used their garage for an repairs.

I was very low in gas and got pretty much full tank for $29 for my Subaru Forrester. It is easy to access and the owner is very friendly. Horrible customer service. There is never an attendant around to answer questions or solve…read moreproblems. The pumps NEVER have paper to print out receipts. Three days ago, when I stopped by to get gas, I scanned BJ's card and selected regular, but I noticed that the pump was charging me for premium gas. I tried to get the attendant(in his glass room) to help solve the problem or at least explain what was going on. He stared at me several times and then just turned his face away. I stopped pumping and went over to him to ask why I was being charged for premium instead of what I selected, and why there was no paper in the pump (as usual). He was extremely rude and adversarial, yelling from inside his booth that I should file a complaint with management. When I asked him--again--why the pumps NEVER have paper, he told me to look up the management's number and speak to them myself. He even refused to give me his name. I will not be giving them any more business. Even though the price is a bit lower, the operation and customer service are horrible.
