The friendliness of the company personnel, from the basic paver installer to Joel the company owner was comforting during the life of the project. We called them back once, when the project was only about 6 months old. They never corrected the issue and when more erosion occurred behind the wall again, I let it go until this year. We did the traditional method this time - filter barrier, stone and repack the top. Ironically, it cost 7K with LRE and 7K to repack it 3 years later. What ever foam they used has completely disolved when it was dug out or very little evidence foam was ever used. Do not waste you money and go the old tried and true method to repair your wall and just dig out.

The guy doing the utility survey prior to the work being done wasn't told by LRE what he was doing. When the LRE crew showed up, they asked me what they were doing when they arrived. That is on me for not realizing right then and there that they should not be doing any work on my foundation. They were supposed to fill a void under my foundation and ended up raising the slab to the point it damaged the flooring in my home. LRE admitted to causing the damage but ultimately only offered $500 for the repair. I had to pay another company to remove the flooring and then pay a second company to level out the floor, and replace the flooring. I have no idea of the long term effects the foundation damage will have on my drywall where the slab was raised. I have attached a picture of the damage and how much they raised my slab. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company. I'm making sure to tell my family, friends, and co-workers to steer clear of LRE.
