The price of the pool was somewhat comparable to other quality pool companies in Lee County. Remember you get what you pay for and our pool is high-quality with high-quality materials. They failed to clean our filters and place new ones as contracted. They broke the handle on our filter tank. It took several calls to get them out there, admit their fault and get it taken care of. I quit using them since early 2025. I just found fraudulent charges on my credit card every month of this year (2026) and several months of 2025 after I used them. I called in the middle of this week regarding the many fraudulent charges and asked to hear back from them asap regarding these charges. It is Friday evening and they have not called me back. There are over $2000 of unexplained charges from them on maintenance fees. Something is very wrong with this company. I quit using them because of the poor maintenance, high maintenance and incompetence of the people who answer the office phone.

Right after that the concrete deck started bubbling and had to be redone. They forced us to buy the correct color paint and pressurer wash because of their mistake in the first place. When it came time for the repaint two weeks ago, they told us that we also had to tape the job! We said no, that's your job! We already bought a $300 pressure washer to fix THEIR work. The day of the repainting, a well known storm was coming through and when I called to see what we should do, no one responded. 3 days later I contacted them and Gina said she didn't know when they could fit us in...to fix their mistake, mind you. I replied that I was going to report them for incomplete and shoddy work. Then Mike the husband called threatening me with lawyers and screamed the eff word at me before telling me I was "p!ssing him off" and to find someone else to fix his crappy work and hung up on me like a baby. AVOID AT ALL COST. It's not slander if it's true. Tell that to your lawyers! We will now hire a true professional to finish our deck, over 11k dollars later. Run! The yellow check is the color our deck was supposed to be painted. THEY SHOULD'VE PAID TO PURCHASE THE CORRECT PAINT COLOR. THEY SHOULD'VE PRESSURE CLEANED (THEY HAVE ONE THEY OWN).
